Transistorized Controlled Ignition (TCI)




TCI or transistorized controlled ignition is basically an electronic ignition system that is used to assist in the work of the content breaker. Transistorized controlled ignition makes it possible to turn on the ignition without battery connection. It has an electrolyte that helps kick start and is compatible with all types of controls, such as ignition and vehicle load control by onboard CPU. The TCI provides a signal to the coil which creates a field and further accelerates the way the sparkplug moves. It is comparatively more economical than other ignition systems, but it requires more maintenance and is more prone to damage if dust or rain water falls on it. This results in the need to reinstall the entire electronic system.
