Responsible for overall Operation of Showroom including Sales, After Sales Services, Accounts, and Administrations.
Analyze the market trend and identify potential customers to maximize the market share.
Fixed up plans, & strategies in accordance with company's policies and procedure to achieve sales target as given by the company.
Ability to forecast sales, financial objectives including budget management and fund allocation to minimize the cost-effectiveness.
Handle and supervise the petty cash and other cash flow as per company policies & procedures.
Monitor through surveillance system to ensure the security of the premises.
Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to ensure the in-house quality personnel.
Identify the areas of improvement and take corrective actions to meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs to ensure the accountabilities.
Address customers and employees any issues and mitigate promptly to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
Keep abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
