We are looking for an experienced Brand manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand`s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Develop a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.
Understand & defines the brand identity & align all the brands plans accordingly
Coordinate with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity
Plan product launches, ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above brand identity
Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand.
Keeps track of all brand related expenditures vis-a-vis budgets.
Develop and implement strategies into detailed marketing plans and executions (with special emphasis on-the-ground activities).
Coordinate with other departments like Sales, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Public Relation, Sourcing & HRD for product & brand related requirements.
Ensure that the brand focus/ positioning is maintained through all media, PR activities and POS all locations..
Conceives, develops, proposes, implements & controls attractive sales promotional drives across all digital platforms.
Undertake all market research for obtaining feedback on various aspects of the brand
Plan and ensures required marketing support for the brand in terms of advertising, promotion, schemes etc. in co-ordination with the sales team.
Ensure that the team is adequately trained in both functional and behavioral aspects on a regular basis.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media & display advertising campaigns.
