Business Head are responsible for overseeing and supervising a Spare-parts Business activities and employees. He will also supervise, promote and coordinate the Spare-parts business operations in a manner that will help achieve company`s mission, objective and goals. Develop, maintain and improve Spare-parts team`s efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation and maximize profitability.
Develop and implement Marketing & Sales plan and strategies of Spare Parts based on Market Analysis to maximize the market share.
Play a leading role to conduct a thorough market research on local market to find potential buyer and dealer and take Necessary action to convert these potential buyer to satisfied customer.
Supervise all the channel managers, communicate goals and targets and help them devise strategies to achieve the goals
Establish a strong dealer network and maintain strong relationship with them to ensure alignment with business' goals & objective of Spare parts Department.
Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities in coordination with Marketing Team including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Develop and recommend product positioning, transporting, and pricing strategy by analyzing cost to produce the highest possible long-term market share of TVS Motorcycle Spare parts.
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that the achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budget.
Demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
Excellent presentation skills in all dimensions with confidence to effectively deliver the key messages while demonstrating products through a wide range of media.
