Masters with 18 years of experience in Supply Chain Management of which 5 years explore in a leading role.
Ensure purchase of all materials & items timely and cost effectively with due consideration to quality so that smooth production flow is ensured.
Coordinate with Production Department, Store & Inventory, Finance & Accounts, Sales and other functional Department to ensure smooth supply of Raw Materials, Machineries and Equipment.
Explore new suppliers or sources for new items/ materials negotiate with them accordingly to ensure best quality in an optimum price.
Evaluate the performance of existing suppliers to ensure quality procurement.
Following up the import indent as per requirement of respective departments to meet Lead time.
Preparing the Yearly, Monthly and Weekly RM & AM procurement Plan.
Maintaining liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum stock level.

Masters/ MBA from any Reputed university
Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be given preference

Age 35 to 50 year(s)
The candidate should have sound knowledge in Local laws & Regulations.
Very communication skills both English and Bangla
A good leader with essential leadership skills including how to inspire and motivate individuals, manage talents, influence with or without authority and lead team.
Proactive, willing and having courage to take challenge and convert the challenges into opportunities.
