Maintain Warranty claim process flow and prepare weekly report on claim data analysis.
Collect data on market for quality improvement and based on that meet customer & market demand as and when required.
Prepare service bulletin & issue to dealer.
Response to technical inquiries from dealer and refer that will have to provide solution.
Responsible person of contact for Honda MC on warranty compliance and procedure.
Queries and offer guidance where required.
Ensure the technical repair communications contain the appropriate warranty repair and reimbursement instruction.
Conduct market quality survey and customer satisfaction survey, service bulletin, steering of recall campaign as and when required.
Attend to other duties delegated by the supervisor, line manager and manager of CS time to time.
