Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative sales and marketing activities/ strategies to achieve business goals in a highly competitive business environment.
Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
Develops and recommends product and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Promotion of spare parts for Motorcycle through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitor and review availability of spare parts and consumables.
Ensure customer satisfaction in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.
Ensure proper distribution of the spare parts to the dealer point and other stake holder.
Take corrective measure when and how required.
Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.

Education
Masters/ B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical) from any reputed University
Experiences
At least 12 year(s)

Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
Travel frequently all over the country is required.
