Production Operation control.
Assembly process improvement.
Section operation SQCDM control.
Manpower skill development.
Section related all reporting.
Safety control, 5S, KAIZEN activities.
Conduct Improvement projects (Quality, Process time, Quality, Manpower skill).
Training for developing multi skill manpower & Skill upgrade Reporting.
New model production activities development & control.
Section budget preparation and control.
Process balancing, manpower allocation as per skill level to achieve planned capacity.
Day to day production target achieve by continuous follow up.
Any other Job assign by the authority.
