Register your motorbike within 3rd June: BRTA authority

According to the current situation of Bangladesh, it is needed so badly which is beggar description. Most of the bikers already known that, Bangladesh Road Transport Authority(BRTA) issued a notice in public interest, each and every bikers of our country have to register their bike inside of 3rd June, otherwise they will not be able to roll on their bike. This notice issued from the top of our Police Department by IGP A.K.M Sohidul Haque. The horrible news he shared with us is, he said 90 percent of bikes in our country are non-registered. Which means, Government of Bangladesh is always been deprived from huge amount of Registration Fee. As a concern citizen, we should not avoid to register our bikes. It is good for both the government as well as the bikers. They also declare a decision, they will not going to show any good manner after 3rd of June on the non-registered bikers. This will be very much harassing for them. They suggested the bikers to register the bike, if they don't get the license in hand in time, they can show the money receipt (which they give to the authority for issue the license) to avoid such harassing situation. The authority don't make us clear why they making them so hard on this matter.

First of all, the legal ownership of the bike by registering to the authority which approved by the government. Motorbike is the one of the most beloved thing of its owner. 1. Internship license.
2. Professional license.
3. Non- professional license.

Internship license is known by learner license, this license is given by the authority for three months for practice under a main license holder. After three months, authority put the learner license holder in the main exam. They have to face three stages of exam then can get long period license. Later passing the exam, candidate has to collect exact form with fee and necessary papers for to application for the smart-card driving license. BRTA authority will call you in a day for your digital picture, digital signature and finger prints.

Necessary papers to get the internship license.

1. Exact application form.
2. Medical certificate by registered Doctor.
3. Attested photocopy of national ID card.
4. Money receipt of submitted fee.
5. Recently captured photo 3 copy passport and one copy stamp size.

Internship license fee
If you want only for the bike then it is 345tk with 15% VAT.
For the bike and also for the other vehicle 518tk with 15% VAT.
Learner renewal fee 87tk with 15% VAT.
There is different fee for the main exam after internship driving.

Other licenses including professional license, non-professional license, PHV license, Instructor license. These are almost not associated with our topics, that’s why we are not going to discuss those.
