CC stands for the capacity of the engine, in cubic centimeters, which is literally the volume of the cylinders placed inside an engine. A larger cylinder can ingest more air (and more fuel), thus converting more energy per cycle than a smaller one, so making more power is the main purpose of a higher cc engine. Besides, it is assumed that all other factors are the same, and there are many other reasons that affect power output, but one thing is clear and that is, the higher cc engine, the more power it will produce. Many argue that giving permission for high cc motorcycle will damage the security purpose. People will be able to import high range bikes, which the national security forces don’t carry, so it will be difficult to hold on the crimes. Is it really worth it? If a normal citizen can buy a high cc bike than why do not our security forces? Our government can restrict the driving license process for high cc motorcycles, inexperience riders should not get the permission for the high cc motorcycles and registration should be retracted for them, all these can handle the situation. Furthermore, importing better quality bikes for the national security forces can also be the solution.
Higher cc means high speed and Causes accidents?
It cannot be denied that high cc bikes provides high speed and regarding the road condition of our country that can cause savior problems. But it does not mean that a 1000 cc bike will provide 1000 KM/H speed, on the other side few bikes will provide more speed than their CC. In our country basis there is no road that can offer a rider to ride on a high speed constantly, so why it will cause accidents? It depends on the own riding hands and personal consciousness to get rid of accidents. One thing is true that for high speed we are going to need higher CC engine. It is now decided that most of the company will start their production in our country, at least the products will be assembled. Therefore, we are expecting sensible price range comparing to the past. But the problem is, there are only a few product that holds the market, no variety. Increasing CC limitation will bring variety in our local market, manufacturers will also have that chance to introduce more efficient products for the users. Results in, the market will be widespread and full of choice. Both the user and company will have plethora of option to buy and sell. Investments will not be in vain.

If we look down into the market we will see that our budget is comparatively higher than the product. Yes!It is again true that we spend extra money for our motorcycles when we purchase them. For instance, we are paying around TK 500000 for the desired sports category motorcycles, which are the latest model in our motorcycle market but all of them are around 155cc motorcycle. Relatively, we can find a higher cc bike in the same price tag in other countries. Because of the taxation issues and not being produce in our country price range is higher. However, we don’t have that ability to buy those bikes, because the cc limit is lower but if it increases our value for money will be equalize properly. Bajaj Pulsar NS or AS 200, CBR 180, KTM or Kawasaki all these kind of renowned bike will be available within a good amount price. Is not it a great thing for the bike lovers?

Therefore, Using and increasing the correct laws and regulations along with the public consciousness high performance bike can be allowed in our country. According to the users, no cc limitation is best but at least 200-350 is required now.
