The new Splendor Plus XTEC is renovated with new color schemes and eye catchy graphics. Alongside the fully digital instrument cluster which the company claims are the first in the segment, Splendor Plus is now more dynamic. Engine performance:
Splendor Plus XTEC gets a 97.2cc air-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder engine which produces the max power of 8.36 PS of power and 8.05 Nm of peak torque. The motor is mated with a 4-speed gearbox. It is also mated with i3S technology now; thus, it will provide excellent mileage as per the legacy. According to hero now it has the ability to provide more that 70 Km/L mileage, which is really insane. Engine performance and efficiency benefit from the xSеns programmed fuel injection system and i3S technology. On the other hand, mid-range torque will also take good care of the necessary acceleration for regular commuting. To fire up the engine it has both, kick and self-starting options. Dimensions:
The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec measures 2000mm in length, 720mm in width, & 1052mm in height for the riders. The wheelbase and ground clearance are ideal and measures 1230 mm and 159 mm, respectively. For any heighted riders this bike offers 785 seat height. This bike is built on Tubular Double Cradle type frame and contains 112.3 KG kerb weight with 11 liters fuel tanker.
Brakes and suspensions:
Hero Splendor Plus Xtec gets upgrade suspensions for more convenient rides. Telescopic Hydraulic Shock Absorbers are set for the front side, but the rear one is nor more upgrades. 5-Step Adjustable Hydraulic Shock Absorbers are now seen at the rear side of Splendor plus Xtec. As of now, this motorcycle is available only in the drum brake version.
Wheels and tyres:
Hero Splendor Plus Xtec consists firm alloy rims and 80/100-18 M/C 47P (Tubeless) tyre at the front and 80/100-18 M/C 54P (Tubeless) at the rear section. According to motorcycle valley these tyres could be better, 90/90-18 sections tyres would bring on more stability and looks.

As a 100-cc commuter Hero has truly made the all-new Splendor Plus Xtec a master piece as it is now more eye catchy and smarter. However, the ground clearance and the tyre section could be more efficient from the existing parts, whereas Hero has done an excellent job to continue the Splendor legacy.
