I have started riding motorcycles through TVS Metro which I have used for a long time. To be frank on the matter of that bike, it was not so bad but I was looking for a change. So when I heard that Pulsar’s new model is on the way to the market then I was determined somehow to have it and its been around 2 months since I am using this one and so far now I have ridden it more than 1000 kilometers in the rough and tough way. It is better to mention that, I am something like disable without motorcycle just because my job purpose and from same point of view, I need a motorcycle that support me in all type of road condition. So when I am thinking about the Pulsar then I don’t have think about the performance wherever I go as this one is most ridden bike in our country and well tested. After purchasing this one, I had it in the same way which I should have but there are some parts which would have been better from the current condition if the company wish to and same time, I think this not so smart to think a whole bike perfect. Why because, there will be difference in each bike according to the choice and expectation. So these are the most charming sides of my motorcycle that I have sense by using this one in the last 2 months:
-Its engine power is more than excellent enough which is just worth enough to feel while riding
-I always have the exact comfort while on the long ride and I hope I am going to have better comfort in the upcoming days
-This new Pulsar balance is more than excellent enough which is better than any of the bikes of its segment which always let me have the better control over this motorcycle
-Seating position and the handlebar has remarkable combination that always let me feel the exact feeling of riding a bike of 150cc
At the same time, if I have to talk on the matter of negative parts of the parts which would have been better from the current condition. it is good to mention that I don’t yet can sense anything so wrong that I can mention here directly as negative. These are some of the parts of my motorcycle which would have been better:
-Just after starting the engine if I hold the pick high for long time then the engine sound seems like misfiring. This is not any major problem but irritating as a new motorcycle
-Gear shifting is ok but would have been better if this one is like UG5. This might easy for the rider like me.
-There is a common matter of Pulsar which mentioned by the most of the rider of Pulsar and I mentioning in the same way that, Bajaj keep the same shape and design on the Pulsar Neon same way. They just change the color and name. The beauty of this motorcycle would have increase or retain the same if they keep the kits over it. My cordial call to the company make a major change on the get up and the design of the Pulsar.
-Red light of the headlight is no longer needed for the rider why because each of the biker change the headlight after purchasing the motorcycle for a while and switched to LED light. If the company wish to save the bikers from both irritation and economically then they can. I hope the message is clear. This will advance the company on the heavy competitive market.
If I have to talk about the reasons to choose Bajaj Pulsar when there are so many bikes on the same segment?
First of all, I want to mention that it’s been a long desire for me to have Bajaj bike same time, when I hear the news that a new model of Pulsar is coming to the market just then I decided to have this without thinking about any bike. But it makes me depressed when I see that there is merely any change ignoring the color.
As to talk about the mileage of this motorcycle then I am sorry to say that my motorcycles mileage is no way good enough as like the others bike of its segment. Meanwhile some of the bikes of 165cc segment having better mileage then my one. Right now I am having the mileage of 30 kilometers per liter when I am on the highways so it is quite normal to have less when on the cities. But I believe I am going to have better mileage range in the upcoming days as a bike of Bajaj.
In the last 2 months I have ridden this one 317 kilometers at a stretch where I hardly can sense anything that I can mention as problem or discomfort rather I found my motorcycle as comfortable enough, proper control and others performance of this motorcycle is just mentionable. Till now, I have picked up the speed of 115 kilometers per hour where I merely can sense any vibration but just after shifting the gear on the 1st one, the whole motorcycle seems like vibrating in the rough way. But I hope I am going to have better performance from my Bajaj Pulsar Neon 150 in the upcoming days as this one is a production of Bajaj.
