Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin Disc 26000km riding experiences by Shimul Rana

I have been riding motorcycle since I was very young and there were two reasons, one is my hobby and the other is the need because I live a little away from the city from where the best way to facilitate communication is motorcycle. Among the many motorcycles I have used so far, the last one I have taken is the popular Bajaj’s model Pulsar double disc bike which I am currently using which is about 2 years old to me. In these two years I have ridden my motorcycle for about 26,000 kilometers.

Although I didn't have much of a problem in the beginning of my use, now I have a number of issues that I think are worth mentioning. Some of the most serious things I've noticed are:

-Including the Pulsar, every Bajaj’s bike common problem is the problem on the chain. I have changed the chain 3 times in the last 2 years. The most annoying thing to me is that the company knows that they have a lot of complaints about their products but they are not being sincere about it. It's very sad.
-Kicker wan not given in the Pulsar Twin Disc model. On the one hand, it means product upgrades, same time, the user is also panicked because if the battery got a problem, the engine will not start anyhow, in my case it has been. I don't think the company installed a good quality battery thinking it didn't have a kicker, if they done so then I wouldn't have any problem with the battery.
-I was somehow sure about the quality of the engine because Bajaj is a brand that has been doing business in Bangladesh for a long time and it is worth mentioning the customer satisfaction rate with the quality of their products. At the same time the Pulsar series is one of their famous models. But my Pulsar twin disc has had to be engine serviced 3 times in the last 2 years but I still can't fix the problem of engine sound. This could have been taken for granted if I had understood the problem 1.5 or 2 years later from now.

So far, I have ridden my motorbike 280 kilometers in one day and reached a maximum speed of 96 kilometers per hour. The chain problem first comes to my notice when I reach the maximum speed. Besides, I like the comfort of my motorcycle, braking / balancing, lighting, durability of plastic parts.

When it comes to mileage, I don't notice the mileage that way. When the oil finally runs out, I load the tank and start running again. My idea is that I am currently getting mileage of about 40 kilometers per liter which is enough from a 150cc bike.

Why did I take the Pulsar even after having so many more bikes in the 150cc segment? In that case I have to admit that I have liked Pulsar for a long time and for this reason I decided to buy the bike for personal needs when I noticed that a new update of Pulsar was coming in the market.
