Bajaj Pulsar 150 user review by Iftekhar Imran

My name is MD. Iftekhar Imran and I am to introduce my Bajaj Pulsar 150 model of 2017 through MotorcycleValley in the light of my experience. I am a student of Honors 2nd year. by saving money from tuition, savings from my previous income and also by the help of my family. I purchased the first motorcycle of my life. As a new rider, before purchasing this motorcycle I learned and search huge information from MotorcycleValley including the matter of specifications of bikes and the price. Same time, by comparing with so many bike’s at last I made my decision with Bajaj Pulsar 150 model of 2017. I hope positively that those people who are interested to purchase a bike of same category will be benefited enough by reading this review.

There were so many exciting bikes in the 150cc segment but I chosen Bajaj Pulsar 150 on 15th August 2018 as this one is my favorite one since my school life. As like most of the people this one is also my best one as a commuter bike. to commute daily inside the cities and to have some fun with my friends in the holiday’s are the main reason to purchase this one. I just feel excellent to ride this one while on heavy traffic and I found my bikes control, breaking, horn, seating position, headlights light in a word is just awesome. I found the control of my bike perfect even on the rough and tough road condition. When I am on the highway with my bike then I feel the exact feelings of riding a motorcycle.

Bajaj Pulsar is one of the best motorcycles in Bangladesh. At first, its attractive look, design, graphics and engine quality is very much adjusted with the price. As to say about the mileage range of my motorcycle then I have to be frank on this matter that, it is not so same time, not so bad as well. When I ride my motorcycle inside the city then I had the mileage of 37 – 38 kilometers per liter and 40 – 42 when on the highway.

Engines sound, controlling is much better in my point of view. To make a family tour, there is no other bike is so perfect like this one in my view. This is very easy to sit over this bike even 3 persons at a time. I never feel anything negative to ride my bike with 3 people including me. I can control quite easily even riding inside the city although, it is not legal to ride bike with 3 people.

When to talk about the matter of headlight then I must have to praise the service of the headlight, this is why I always feel exactly fine to ride in the night.

Breaking system is good to say. I can control my bike quite smoothly even on the high speed. But when I hold the break on emergency basis on the wet road, I feel skidding in the rear wheel this is why; I think it would have been better if the rear wheel is little wider.

This is normal for me to ride bike in high speed when I am on the long tour or riding in the highways and I feel vibration in my motorcycle but I don’t think this is a problem to control my bike properly. Same time, seating position is not for long tour in my point of view as because I felt back pain when I keep sitting over it for a long time.

Bajaj should improve the quality of the Engine why because I think this models engine is weaker than the previous models of Pulsar. Those who going to purchase new Pulsar and experienced the old one, definitely going to be in depression. One more thing is important to mention I think new models Pulsar needs to serve very frequently but this problem was not so acute in the old pulsars (Pulsar UG5 is not in my list). Even I have to face tiny problems as well which was not in the previous Pulsar’s as well. If your budget is 2 lakhs or so then you better avoid this bike to purchase by your hobby or something like. Same time, service centers quality is not good at all in my view. Workers are not so adapted with their tasks.

Good sides of my Pulsar in very few words:
-This one is just amazing to look at. Graphics and Design is very nice.
-Headlight and tail light is very attractive and useful
-Controlling is just awesome.
-Seating position is wide enough and comfortable.
-Breaking is very much smooth.

The sides which need to improve:
-Mileage is good to say
-Engines quality would have been better
-Rear tyre need to be wider.
-Service centers quality is not up to the mark

Whatever goes, a products quality is often depend on its price range. It is not possible for everyone to purchase a bike like R15 or CBR. From me, Bajaj Pulsar 150 is a perfect one by comparing its price range.
