Bajaj Pulsar 150 Vs Hero Hunk
There are many categories and segments of motorcycles are available across the world. In them in our country Bangladesh 150cc motorcycles have a large number of popularity. There many companies available who provides these 150cc motorcycles in our country. Those motorcycles are very well designed and well featured. Among those when talk about 150cc motorcycles there are two very popular motorcycles will be found, and they belongs two different companies. Those two motorcycles are Bajaj Pulsar and another one is Hero Hunk. Bajaj pulsar is popular for its decent looks and its world class performance and Hero Hunk is known for its feature and attractive looks. Sometimes riders get confused which one is best. Both these bikes are well featured without any doubt. So let’s compare the features of these two motorcycles from bellow the lines for better perceptive about them. These two motorcycles are not sports bike or commuter bike but their outlooks are very attractive and standard. And their color combination is also very well. At the outlooks Hero hunk will get better marks then Pulsar because it is much sportier than Pulsar. But other side Pulsar is really comfortable and this bike suits to all those riders who know how to ride a motorcycle. So at the outlooks both these motorcycles are well designed.
Dimension:
At the dimensions both these bike are very standard. Baja pulsar has a dimension of 2055mm length, 755mm width and 1170 mm height. It has a ground good ground clearance of 165 mm and wheel base of 1320.00 mm. On the other side Hero Hunk contains a dimension of 2080mm length, 765mm width and 1095mm height. The ground clearance of this bike little bit lower then Pulsar which is 145mm but it has a good wheel base of 1325mm.
Engine and its performance:
Engines of both these bikes are perfectly made as 150cc motorcycles. Bajaj Pulsar has 149.4 4-stroke, DTS-i, air cooled, single cylinder engine which can produce 15.06 @ 9000 (Ps @ RPM) max power and 12.5 @ 6500 (Nm @ RPM) max torque. With DTS-I technology this engine gives far better performance than other 150 cc motorcycles available in the local market. On the other side performance of Hero Hunk is not so bad at all. Hero Hunk contains Air cooled, 4 - stroke single cylinder 150cc engine which can create 10.6 kW (14.4 Ps) @ 8500rpm max power and 12.80 N - m @ 6500 rpm max torque with this type of engine every rider will be satisfied.
Suspensions and brakes:
These two things are one of the most important sides of a motorcycle. At this side both these motorcycles are well made. At the suspensions Bajaj Pulsar has Telescopic suspensions and at the brakes it has Disc brake at the front side and Drum Brakes at the rear side. On the other hand Hero Hunk has Telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers suspension at the front and Swing arm with Nitrox GRS (Gas reservoir) suspension at the rear side. At the brakes this motorcycle also contains the combination of Disc and Drum Brakes.
