CFMOTO 300SR User Review by – Saurav Ahamed

I am and the bike I’m currently using is the CFMOTO 300SR. Today, I’ll be sharing with you why I chose CFMOTO 300SR among so many bikes, my experiences using it and the pros and cons of this bike.

I've had a passion for bikes for a long time and I love traveling to different places in Bangladesh on motorcycles. Because of this passion, I’ve used multiple bikes over the years. Before buying this one, I used to own a Suzuki GSXR. Now, you might wonder why would I shift from a Japanese brand to a lesser-known Chinese one. Does that mean the Suzuki GSXR was bad?
No, my previous bike was really good and it gave me great support as well. But as I mentioned, I’m a motorcycle enthusiast. I love riding new and different bikes, and I’ve always had the desire to ride higher cc motorcycles. Since there weren't any high-cc bikes available in the sports segment in Bangladesh before, that wish remained unfulfilled.

I had known about CFMOTO for a while, but when I heard that the brand was launching in Bangladesh, I started doing more research. I really liked the design and features of CFMOTO 300SR. Once the official price was announced, I didn’t wait any longer I pre-booked it and received my delivery in the first batch.





So far, I’ve ridden around 3,500 km, mostly on long tours. I’ve already visited Rangamati, Khagrachhari, Bandarban, Sajek, and other parts of the country with this bike. I’ve ridden it not only on highways but also on hilly and diverse terrains. I’ve never felt a power drop at any time. The ride has always been smooth and comfortable. That said, I have faced a few minor issues too.
Here are some pros and cons based on my experience:


Pros:
• The bike features a 4-piston caliper braking system, which offers outstanding braking performance.
• You can really feel the power, especially while overtaking it makes a big difference.
• The handlebar position and the handlebar itself are both excellent.
• It’s a very comfortable bike, easy to handle on any kind of road.



Cons:
• I feel the vibration is a bit on the higher side.
• Since our fuel quality isn't great, I think the engine doesn’t deliver the kind of smooth sound it ideally should.
• I didn’t like the stock tires at all. I’ve already replaced them with better ones.


In conclusion, CFMOTO is a new brand in Bangladesh, so I believe we should give it a fair chance. At the same time, the company should ensure prompt solutions for any user issues and provide full support to earn its place among Bangladeshi bikers.
