GPX Demon GR165R user review by Abdullah-al-mamun

GPX is a popular motorcycle brand in Thailand. They have agreed to provide their new bike GPX Demon GR165R in Bangladesh and Speedoz limited is their distributer. I really like this bike at first sight and I was determined to buy it. My research on GPX Daemon GR165R continues after I first saw. Since this bike is new in the market of Bangladesh, I did not get any Bangladeshi review about this bike. I keep seeing reviews of GPX Daemon GR165R bikes available in other countries and have found many positive aspects in many user reviews. After seeing those reviews I became more and more interested in buying the bike. The first good thing about the GPX Daemon GR165R bike is its design. I think this bike will give a new experience in terms of design in the market of Bangladesh. In the end I bought the bike, but could not ride that much after purchasing, due to COVID situation. I have just ridden this bike around 100 km, but I think you will benefited a lot if I share some of my experience I gained by riding this bike 100 km. Below is a summary of the good and bad aspects of my bike.

On the positive side of Demon GR165R bike

- The design of the bike is definitely much better. I like the design and outlook of this bike comparing to other bikes in Bangladesh. Many people in my area have appreciated seeing the design after I bought this bike.
- I like the build quality and finishing. This bike comes directly from Thailand in CBU condition, so its build quality is much more premium than our home made bikes.
- After riding this bike for 100 kilometers I realized this bikes braking system gives very good performance even without CBS or ABS.
- The performance of the front and rear suspension is much better and they are really comfortable.

On the downside, the only thing I have found is that the grab rail on the back of this bike should be bigger and improved. Actually there is no grab rail, so it has to be there, because when I ride with the Pillion, they says that it would be more comfortable if the position of the grab rail was a little bigger, they have to hold onto the lights.

In real, no bike can be 100% perfect, some of the problems will be noticed. Maybe I don't like the grab rail part, but for many users it's normal thing. So, this was my very short experience with my Demon GR 165R, stay well everyone, and ride the bike carefully.
