Hero iSmart user review by Sanjir Ahmed

My name is Sanjir Ahmed and I just love bike from my childhood. In a word, bike is one of my best companion by which I complete my daily tasks even very trifling task as well. You will be clear with the fact of importance of bike in life by the following line that, I can’t even think about a day without my bike. it is now more than my passion.

Currently I am using “Hero iSmart” in which latest and upgrade technology has been used. It is good to mention that I live in Notun Bilsimla of Rajshahi City and for this reason, i can use my bike in all the places of the city. Before this one, I was used to with Dayang 100cc same time, i have ridden so many others as well. If someone ask me the reason of purchase this bike then I will mention its smart technology of i3s, mileage is good and easy to use. I think these are good enough features to attract a biker. According to this technology I feel so easy with my bike. It takes only 6 seconds to on or off. I always prefer to use bike in all short of my work. I have been using this bike from the last 2 years and yet not faced any major trouble.

When the question is about the Engine of my bike then I have to confess that, it is good in overall performance and don’t get hot easily. But from the last few weeks I have been noticing a bad noise from the silencer pipe which is irritating me.

As to say about the Design of my bike? It is good enough from all the sides. It is not going to be wrong to mention its design as classic which is going to suit with all types of rider. Same time, its body and parts are pretty much hard and durable. Meanwhile, the plastics on its body are not as strong as a part of the headlight was broken in a mere accident so I am not happy with the quality of the plastics. Beside that its others parts are good enough and the seating position is pretty comfortable. I don’t feel any tiredness even after long time sited on it but I feel irritation in my hands if hold the handlebar for a long time. Switches on this bike often put me in trouble with the variation of the weather. It is not so good for long ride from my view.

Tyres grip is fine but those skid in the muddy or dusty roads. Suspension is not so good as it should be why because those makes bad sound even in the normal types of road conditions. I have picked up the top speed of 82 kilometer per hour and my bike serving me the mileage of 55-60 kilometer per liter. And I am happy with such mileage.

Now let’s come to the matter of servicing center, as I have mentioned in the top that I am in trouble with the suspension and they don’t yet give me any solution of that. According to the service and quality of this bike, its price is overall fine. But the most negative matter of this bike I have noticed, the sound of the Engine and the suspension. it is better to mention that it is totally unexpected from the brand like Hero which is really an enormous brand. I hope the company will have the indication to upgrade the quality of their product. Actually, my review is not only for the new people who are thinking to have a bike of the same category rather also for the company why because they are going to have the actual information about the performance and durability of their product from the root level user.
