Hero Passion Pro 100 Vs TVS Metro 100
At modern days motorcycle is one of the favorite and popular vehicles among all. There are many type and categories of motorcycle now exist our country. To represent those motorcycles to our country people different manufacturing companies are available. In our country popularity of commuter bike is rising day after day. In them two popular Indian bikes are available and they are Hero Passion Pro 100 and TVS Metro 100. These two Indian motorcycles are really popular for their durability, features and outlooks. Their prices are also very reasonable and without any doubt these bikes will give good service. From bellow the lines let us compare their common features which will be helpful to know about these two motorcycles.
Looks and dimension:
These two things of a vehicle are related to each other. Without good dimension outlooks will not be perfect. At the dimension Hero passion Pro contains 1980mm length, 725mm width and 1075mm height. At the wheel base this bike has 1235mm and at the ground clearance it has 165mm. Kerb weight of this commuter motorcycle is 116 KG. On the other side dimension of TVS Metro is almost similar to Passion Pro or it can be said this bike is little bit smaller then Passion Pro 100. But at the wheelbase and ground clearance TVS Metro contains 1250mm and 165mm which are larger than Passion Pro. So we can say both these bikes are almost same at the dimension and both are well. That’s why their outlooks are also very pleasant and their color combinations are really gorgeous.
Engine:
At this side both these motorcycles are handsomely made by their companies. As commuter motorcycles their engine performance is absolute perfect. TVS Metro 100 contains 99.7cc Single cylinder, 4-Stroke, and Air Cooled engine. This engine can produce 5.50 kW (7.5 bhp) @ 7500 rpm max power and 7.5 Nm @ 5000 rpm max torque. With this type of power and torque this bike will give top speed of 80 KM/H (Approx). At mileage this bike can give 70 KM/L (Approx). On the other side Hero Passion Pro has 97.2cc 4-stroke single cylinder OHC engine with 5.74 kW (7.8 Ps) at 7500 rpm max power and 0.82 Kgf-m (8.04 N.m) at 4500 rpm max torque. Top speed of this bike is about 95 KM/H and the mileage is about 55 KM/L. So it can be said both engines are well made; only their performance differs.
Suspension and Brakes:
These two things are really important for the safety of a rider. Both bikes are good at these two sides. At the suspension Passion Pro has Telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers suspension at the front side and Swing arm with 5 step adjustable shock absorber suspension at the rear side. At the brakes it has combination of Disc and Drum Brakes, and their performances are also well. On the other side TVS Metro contains Telescopic suspension at the front and spring loaded brakes at the rear side. at the brakes this bike has Drum Brakes at the both side.
