After my retirement I started to see and care about my farm land and I had to move from one upazila to another for some normal business so I decided to buy a motorcycle thinking that it would be very good for me to save time and money. But as I got old enough, I didn't pay attention to any ordinary motorcycle. Bangladesh's famous brand Hero, most of whose motorcycles are well-designed in general, I see one day in the city's official showroom, there are several motorcycles in the scooter segment, I like the "Hero Pleasure" red color.
Another reason to like this bike is that everyone in my house, including me, can use it, and the general needs of us will be fulfilled. The reason for saying this is that I do not want anyone in my house to ride a bike with high specification style and get into an accident.
Today, for about 9 months, my family and I have been using the bike for a long time and during this time the motorcycle has been ridden about 3000 kilometers. As a senior citizen and as a new rider I would have a little trouble riding this motorcycle which is normal so one day after the purchase I pulled the front brake on emergency basis at our turn while riding, I couldn’t keep my balance, fell. This one experience taught me to take a slow break later.
Needless to say, after these 9 months of use, neither I nor any of my family found anything bad to mention on this bike. Although we noticed a couple of things, they seemed normal to us. Moreover the problem that I got, they quickly fixed as soon as I told the showroom.
In terms of mileage, I am currently getting mileage of 53 kilometers per liter which is tolerable to me but I think the mileage on this type of motorcycle is very good if it is at least 60 kilometers per liter.
I myself have ridden my motorcycle continuously for about 80 kilometers so far but on the way I ride the slowest bike so I could picked up the maximum speed in my hand is not more than 40 kilometers per hour.
