Recently, there has been news about Hero’s new offering in the 125cc segment: the Hero Xtreme 125R. It has been officially announced that pre-booking will start after Eid ul-Fitr 2024, and the delivery schedule will be provided during the pre-booking period. Design and Dimenssion:
From a design perspective, in the context of our country, this bike exhibits a completely unique concept in the 125cc segment. In the domestic market, very few 125cc bikes feature such a muscular design, split seating position, new-shaped full LED headlamp, dual color tone, and stylish rims.

As a 125cc bike, this motorcycle is suitable for any road in Bangladesh due to its well-designed body dimensions. The body dimensions are 2009 mm in length, 793 mm in width, and 1051 mm in height. Additionally, it has a ground clearance of 180 mm and a wheelbase of 1319 mm. The excellent combination of split seating position and handlebar is expected to make this bike very comfortable. The fuel tank capacity of this 125cc bike is 10 liters.


Engine Features:
Hero is renowned for manufacturing high-quality engines, and the Hero Xtreme 125R is no exception. It features a 125cc air-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine capable of producing a maximum power of 11.55 PS at 8250 RPM and a maximum torque of 10.5 Nm at 6000 RPM. The bike has a 5-speed manual gear shifting system, expected to perform well in the local market.


Braking and Suspension:
The Hero Xtreme 125R offers two variants: a single-channel ABS braking system and a CBS braking system. The front disc size is 276mm, while the rear features a drum brake.
The bike is equipped with a telescopic suspension at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear, ensuring good performance on all types of roads in Bangladesh.


Tires:
For the safety of the rider and the bike, tubeless tires are used on both ends, expected to perform well on any road condition. The front tire size is 90/90-17, and the rear tire size is 120/80-17.


Electrical and Meter Console:
The Hero Xtreme 125R features a fully LED and digital console. The electrical features include an LED headlamp, tail lamp, and side indicators, while the digital meter console provides all necessary information for the rider.
