At the local motorcycle market Bajaj and Hero motorcycle manufacturing companies very popular. These two companies belong to India but their products are available in many countries along with Bangladesh. In our country 150cc motorcycles are very popular and these two companies created many of them. Among those motorcycles there are two latest products are available from these two companies and they are Hero Xtreme Sports Double Disc and Bajaj Pulsar AS 150. These motorcycles are well featured and stylish among their entire previous products. From bellow the lines let us compare their common features which will be helpful to know about them very well and we can decide which one is better.Looks and Dimension:
Good looks depend on good dimension. At the dimension both these motorcycles from Bajaj and Hero moto corp are well that’s why their outlooks are also attractive. Both these motorcycles contain sporty outlooks and a great color combination which is able to attract the riders. At the dimension Xtreme Sports contains 2100mm length, 780mm width, 1080mm height. At the Wheel Base it has 1325mm and at the ground clearance it has 145mm. this bike contains a kerb weight of 146 KG. Other side Bajaj Pulsar AS 150 has a dimension of 2070mm length, 804mm width, and 1205mm height. At the wheelbase it has 1363mm and ground clearance of 170mm. Hero Xtreme Sports Double Disc contains Air cooled, 4 - stroke single cylinder OHC 149.2CC engine. This engine can produce 15.2 bhp @ 8500 rpm max power and 13.5 Nm @ 7000 rpm max torque. With this type of power and torque this engine can give a top speed of 135 KM/H (Approx). Other side Pulsar AS 150 contains 149.5cc Single cylinder, 4 strokes, SOHC 4valve, triple spark engine with 16.8 BHP @ 9500 rpm max power and 13 NM @ 7000 rpm max torque. With this engine this bike can give a top speed of 120-130 KM/H (Approx).
Suspension and brakes:
At the suspensions and brakes both are well made. But the braking system of Xtreme Sports is better than Pulsar AS. At the suspensions Xtreme Sports double disc contains Telescopic suspension at the front and Rectangular Swing Arm suspension at the rear side. At the braking this bike contains double Disc brakes at both sides. On the other hand Pulsar AS contains Telescopic suspension at the front and Nitrox Monosock at the rear side. At the braking this motorcycle contains the combination of Disc and Drum Brakes.
