When I bought the bike, there were many famous bikes in the market. Then I saw a review of some bikes on youtube, when I first saw the Honda CB Hornet 160 R, I couldn't take my eyes off it. I was fascinated by the muscular tank and the X-shaped led Rear lamp. Great design as well.

I bought the bike on February 18, 2018, though having so many beautiful bikes in the market at that time, I don't know why I couldn't take my eyes off from Honda CB Hornet. The whole look of it caught my eye.
Speaking of seats, its seating position is very comfortable, but a little bad for short people. And the Pillion seat made me unhappy. Pillion moves to the front when I hit the brake.

The brakes never disappointed me, I can say with certainty that the Honda CB Hornet is ahead with the brakes in the market.

Nothing to argue about the control of the Hornet, in a word it is great, but it depends on the air pressure of the tyre, if there is more air than the recommended air pressure, there might be some change in the controlling. I use 25 on the front and 35 on the rear tyre as the air pressure.

I have always used octane, and my bike has been in town most of the time, I haveve got 45+ KM/L in town, and in the long run usually every bike offers 5/7 km more.

In one day I ridden about 450+ kilometers, without any problems with this beast.
I ride slowly though, but I got a maximum of 118 KM/H speed including pillion, much throttle left behind and no vibration at all.

I have ridden about 30,000 km in 2+ years, and the changes I made are just,
A clutch wire, Air filter except for the spark plug, and nothing else had to change.
I went to the service center 4 times with brake shoes but they did not change and it brakes like new.

5 good and bad aspects of Honda CB Hornet.

Pros:
- Its outlook caught my eye, especially the graphics
- Control is great in one word.
- Silencer, very unique
- I'm satisfied with the mileage
- X shape led lamp, unique as well.

Disadvantages:
- The seat could have been better, (Pillion just moved to the front)
- The switch system is bad, there is no engine kill switch, (later I installed)
- The bumper is so bad, it would have been better not to provide. (I would request Honda Bangladesh private limited BHL to improve its quality.)
- The headlights could have been better (I changed mine).
- The color of the chassis and oil tank cover is too bad, (it could have been better.)

I have followed the break in period up to 2000 km since I bought the Honda CB Hornet and I have used Havoline 10w 30 grade mineral as engine oil. I have used mineral engine oil for 8000 kilometers. After that I am using full synthetic of Shell Advance.
