Honda Hornet 16000km riding experiences by Fazley Rabbi Nafiz
Before purchase a bike we analyze everything about that bike. Such as people like it or not, how will be the performance of that bike and also the demand of the bike in the bike market. Just like that I also analyze all of those subjects before purchasing Honda Hornet. The brand value of this bike own my trust because Honda is a very reliable brand. When 160cc bike got permission then Honda launched its bike Honda Hornet 160R. First of all I like the muscular look of this bike. I like its muscular look and also other things too according to the price of this bike. Over all I have decided to purchase this bike and till now I have ride almost 16000km. Still I’m very much satisfied with the performance of this bike. Today I’m going to share my experience about this bike to you.
Good sides:
The design and graphic of this bike is very attractive. Compare to other bikes in this bike the design and graphic of this bike seems best to me.
The engine of this bike is very powerful and we can feel its power in first three gear.
The siting position of this bike is very comfortable. Especially the combination between sitting position and handle bar is very good that’s why I don’t feel tired after long journey.
I think in single disc braking system bikes its braking system is best and I got very effective braking system from this bike.
The performance of the both tyres of this bike are very good and the feedback of its grips are also very good.
The maintenance cost of this bike is lower than other bikes in this segment.
Bad sides:
The timing chain of this engine gets lose rapidly and need to service it frequently.
As a 160cc bike the ready pick up should be increased.
The performance of this bike will become better if they make it oil cooled engine.
I’m getting 40kmpl in the city and 45kmpl on the highway. Compare to other bikes in this segment the mileage of Hornet seems best to me.
Over all I’m very much satisfied with my bike. if you want to purchase this bike then you can purchase this bike without any doubt. In this budget it is the best bike to me.
