KEEWAY RKS125 Motorcycle Ownership Review by Maruf Rumi

Motorcycles are very helpful vehicle in countries like us because our country roads are not so vast and very populated all the time. I am also a motorcycle user and for this reason I prefer motorcycle as one of the best vehicle. Without this cause motorcycles are very handsomely designed and it is affordable to different category peoples. I have learned to ride motorcycle at year at 2004 with HONDA 80 since then I am a regular motorcycle user. After I had learned motorcycle riding I had used different motorcycles of my relatives and friends, such as Pulsar 150, Apache RTR, Yamaha FZS and many more. I used to dream of my own bike and I decided to buy one at the year 2012. It was KEEWAY RKS 125 motorcycle which I bought. For four years I am riding this motorcycle and I have lots fun with my bike and gathered many experiences. From bellow the lines I want to share some of my experiences and own thoughts about my KEEWAY RKS 125.

Why I bought this bike:

When I decided to buy my own bike according to my budget I began to search for a standers bike. After I heard and saw the picture of Keeway RKS 125 I loved the outlooks. Few times later I reached the showroom and at a glance I decided to buy this bike because I saw the size and shape of this bike is more charming in real. First few days many users said china bikes are worst in quality, this bike won’t last for three months and many discouraging words but I didn’t listen to them and started riding my bike regularly.

Riding experience with my bike:

As I said many people said many bad things about my bike because t is china bike and I was still silent because I wanted to see what happened. Four years have passed this bike has run about 145000 KM and still I can’t match the words people said about china bikes even my bike. I am riding this bike with great satisfaction and pickup, speed, control, braking balance are all well and working perfectly in my view. That is why I am having very comfortable riding experience till now.

Decided to redecorate my bike:

Because I am riding this bike for many years I decided to modify my bike at this EID. Three or four days Before EID I redecorated my motorcycle from Speedos Company LTD. It costs me about 50000 TK and my bike seems to be new again with new spare parts. Because the engine was almost new in condition after four years I feel like I am riding a new bike again. After four years I recharged my bike with new boost and my riding feelings became more charming.

Few problems I faced with my bike:

I didn’t face any major problem in with my bike in four years. But couple of things bothered me. After 13200 KM my meter was damaged and I had to change it but it was not suppose to be happened. Another problem I faced I had to change my bikes battery for three times which was suppose to be changed only once.

Few words I want to say who wants to buy this bike:

As I realized almost every Chinese products are not so bad at all and they are very much capable for use. So I would say if someone wants to use china products or bikes don’t discourage him. China companies made bad things but they also made good products.

Keeway is a multinational brand and they are exporting their products all over the world so without any doubt they won’t compromise with their products quality. I have committed many times with Pulsar 150, FZS, RTR and such those bikes and my bike give them a good challenge. Although Keeway RKS 125 is a 125cc bike but it is able to compete with other Indian and Japanese bikes.

Final words:

Motorcycle is a mechanical thing and that’s riders need to take care of it and if anyone do so it will last long. After I use KEEWAY RKS 125 I have never thought that this bike is a Chinese motorcycle, I always thought it is an Italian bike because of its performance. It is not that if you buy a bike with a good price it will give you better performance or longevity, I will personally say that.
