Lifan KPR 165R Carburetor 7000km riding experiences by Sheikh Alamgir Hossain

I am Sheikh Alamgir Hossain and today I’m going to share some information about Lifan KPR 165 Carburetor version. Till now I have ride almost 7000km and today I’m going to share my experience about this bike to you.

Good sides:
-Design and look: the outlook of this bike is always aggressive. There is nothing new to say about the look and design of this bike because it is a sports bike and its design is enough to attract everyone. 165cc Carburetor has three new colors.
-The engine of this bike is 165cc Carburetor liquid cooled NBF2 engine which is different from other versions and the clutch and gear of this bike is very smooth. Because of ready pickup I can pick speed rapidly. In the beginning the engine become very hot but after 2000km I don’t face this problem anymore. We don’t need to change the oil filter until it become fully damaged.
-Braking and controlling: it has disc brake in the both wheels of this bike and because of this the braking of this bike become excellent. It has 130 size CST tyre which has provide extra comfort.
-Comfort: comfort is a very important thing in a bike. I have ride 490km in a day on both on road and off road and I was very comfortable. I didn’t feel any pain in my body and the sitting position of this bike is very comfortable too.
-Light: Lifan has used projection Headlamp which gives me great support except fog. In the night I get sufficient light from this headlamp.
-Build quality: Though it is a China bike but the build quality of this bike greater than Indian bike. I have ride on very bad road a noticed that it is totally perfect and I can say it will become good every after 100000km.
-Mileage: During brake in period to till now I’m getting 34-35kmpl in the city and 38-40kmpl on the highway and I think it is perfect and we cannot expect more than this from a 165cc bike.
-After sales service: I always doubt on it’s after sales service and parts which has solved. I have serviced in Mirpur service center after 6500km and the service med are very cordial.



Bad sides:
- The rare mono shock of this bike is very hard.
- Turning ratio: the turning ratio of this bike is high that’s why I face problem during riding in the city and in jam.
- It need 1200ml engine oil which is really very painful.



In order to get good performance from a bike you need to maintain brake in period properly and pure fuel and engine oil is very important in this case. I have maintained brake in period till 2500km. till 1800km I have used cell 20w40 and after that till now I use Petronas 10w40.

After considering everything I must say in this budget it is the best bike. Those who want to purchase sports bike in reasonable price con purchase this bike.
