It was something like my hobby to ride motorcycle from my childhood. Then I used to ride the motorcycle of my seniors but never can took the bike on the highway as I was not sure with my riding ability. One I made myself determined to be perfect with motorbikes and from this point of view; I step up on the highway with Honda CDI 100cc and this is the starting of my riding bikes on the highway. I learn to ride motorcycle perfectly in the year of 2015, and then I directly purchased Lifan KPR 165 FI. Before purchasing KPR 165 I was used to with the Lifan KPR 150 and this is why I am interested on the matter using Lifan as my personal vehicle. Just before purchasing a bike I think 2 matters are pretty important to consider and those are, to compare the price with its Design and Category. By considering the Design along with my Budget and also the advice of Rasel vai I made my decision with Lifan KPR 165 FI and purchased it immediately. So far now my bikes age is just 5 months and in this length of time, I have ridden my motorcycle around 5800 kilometers. Today I will share my experience with my Lifan KPR 165 FI. I hope, those who are thinking to purchase the same category bikes, this review will be positively helpful enough for those.
At first I want to talk about the design of my motorcycle. I will declare that Lifan KPR 165 FI’s design is just awesome and exciting in this short of price range. Its sports look attracts me mostly and this is one of the key reasons I made my decision to purchase this one but the problem is, its color is black and it grabs the dust of the road very quickly which seen very clearly from the others bike of the same color. The most horrible matter I face when some water fall on my motorcycle in the dusty condition, and then I have to see mud on my motorcycle. I think company should rethink and update this.
My bikes build quality is very much strong and I am quite happy with the build quality why because, once a rider fall with my motorcycle on the 300 fit road in the speed of 80 – 90 kilometers per hour. I noticed that my motorcycles build quality is very much strong as because I merely found any major damage on my motorcycle even falling on the road in such speed. Just a little damage on clutch liver and on the handlebar but nothing on the body kit. Si I want to repeat that, although this motorcycle may seem like totally made with plastics but with quality plastics which are not going to broke so easily. So you can be tension free if you are in tense with the body kit.
When the matter is about the Engine? I noticed rough vibration on the engine just after riding roughly 2 – 3 hours at a stretch. But no vibration at all in the beginning. One more problem I have noticed that is, just after completing the break in period if I ride it rough way then Engine emerge a bad noise but no difference in the engine performance rather engine performance is all ok. At the same time, I can’t feel any overheating problem in the engine so far. At the first stage, clutch liver was very tough to pull on, when I cross 3000 kilometers, clutch liver become so loose that I can even pull it by my on finger.
Because of the seating position I feel problem to ride in the cities after riding this one 2 – 3 hours at a stretch but no back pain if a pillion on my back. Handlebars position is little high and it would have been better of the handlebar is little more carved by this I think for this reason no longer back pain I have to feel.
I have noticed the headlights of KPR Version 1, Yamaha R15 Version 3 but none of those have the powerful projection headlight like KPR 165 FI.
Its control is better than the KPR Version 1 to me. Sometime, I become grateful to my KPR 165 just for its breaking system. I can save myself from a few assure danger just because of its excellent breaking system. In a word, I am just in love with the breaking system of my motorcycle.
Suspension is front one fine enough but the rear one is rough till now. Even the pillion felt the same problem of toughness of rear suspensions. There is a chance to improve the rear suspension for better comfort.
Tyres size is a big fact and problem. If I ride my bike is heavy speed then I feeling the problem while cornering. Tyres size doesn’t let me do so properly. Timpson tyres are using right now on the following position and I heard that its griping ability is better than the previous ones. And I want to say that, tyres size should be 130.
I am having the mileage of 38 – 40 kilometers per liter in the cities and 45 per liter in the highways.
Mirpur 10’s service center is very much satisfactory but because of having so many customers there; they can’t serve the exact service to the customers but Eng Hafizur Rahman vai is very much gentle and serve with the top most sincerity. Now I serve my motorcycle from Shanarpara. There is hardly any pressure of the customers and this is why I feel comfortable by having their service.
To comment on the price range of this motorcycle, I think the price of this one has, this is exactly right and properly justed. No other company can serve such a bike in this price range.
