About Myself:
My name is Asru Biswash. Although my birthplace is Jhalokati in Barisal district, I am currently living in Dhaka due to my job. I am a bike lover and travel thirsty. Although I have been working as an employee of Bangladesh Honda Pvt. Ltd. for the last 3 years, Now I run two YouTube channels on motorcycle maintenance and motorcycle travel as a profession. Personally I am currently using the TVS Apache RTR 2V Race Edition bike. The reason for buying this bike is that I will let you know some reviews of using this bike later in writing if I have the opportunity.
But today I am not reviewing my personal bike. Today I will share with you some of the experiences of a continuous 2500km journey with Lifan KPT 165cc Dual Channel ABS bike. I hope I can share some of my travel experiences and some good and bad things about this bike. Let us share with you some thrilling 2500km travel experience with Lifan KPT 165cc FI Dual Channel ABS and some experiences about Lifan KPT 165cc.
Collecting Lifan KPT 165cc FI Dual Channel ABS:
Maybe many will be interested to know now that I used RTR 2V but where did I get Lifan KPT? In fact, I collected this bike from Russell Industries Ltd., the only official distributor of Lifan. Since I am a travel-loving person and travel all the time with bikes. I have traveled to 48 districts of Bangladesh with my bike. However, it is different bikes and the common brand of motorcycles that we use, adventure touring bikes have not been brought to Bangladesh so far.
Ever since the Lifan KPT 165cc came in Bangladesh, I have had a different look at it. I decided not to ride the bike before I bought it. But due to budget problems, it was not possible for me to buy it anymore. Later I came to know through an elder brother (Adar bhai) that
Lifan KPT has a review unit under Russell Industry Limited. I can use it for a few days to share the good and bad things on my own YouTube channel. After hearing this, I collected the bike from Russell Industries Ltd. without any further delay, as the review unit has run several YouTube content creators before me and has been given the opportunity to test ride under Russell Industries Ltd. in different places. It already run around 5000 kilometers. I brought the Lifan KPT 165cc, which runs exactly 5,000 km, for a few days for a review. This was the thing about collecting
Lifan KPT 165cc.
First Experience of riding Lifan KPT 165cc:
After bringing the bike, I decided to share an experience on my YouTube channel after a few days in the town of Mooseball. But the bike was so good for me that I had to cover 1,000 kilometers around the town of Mooseball. After running 1000 kms I didn't decide as I have it and I can keep it for some more time if I want to so I decided to take a long trip with the bike as it is an adventure touring bike so I want to take the adventure fill with it. According to that decision, I rode the bike in all areas of hills and plains. I have traveled to several districts with the bike. Among them were Munshiganj, Comilla, Chandpur, Shariatpur, Madaripur, Barisal, Jhalokati, Pirojpur, Gopalganj, Chittagong, Rangamati, Kaptai and Khagrachhari.
The beginning and end of the journey with Lifan KPT 165cc:
I first left Dhaka for Barisal with Lifan KPT 165cc. Since my village home is in Barisal Jhalokati I go to my village home first. After riding on our rural road for some time, I took the bike and came back to Dhaka via Pirojpur, Gopalganj, Shariatpur, Madaripur, Chandpur. Then I took the bike from Dhaka to Dhaka-Chittagong highway again and went to Khagrachhari via Baroihat. I moved from Khagrachhari to Rangamati. Kaptai from Rangamati. From Kaptai I crossed the Lichubagan ferry and from there went to Rajsthali upazila and it was the best adventure of my life. Riding an adventure bike on such a road was truly a thrilling experience. The road was from Rajsthali Upazila to Farua Union. A road being built by the army where only five to seven kilometers of the 18-kilometer road have been completed. The rest of the road was completely muddy and sandy. After finishing my trip to Farua Union, I took the broken road from there and returned to Dhaka via Kaptai-Chittagong. The first 1,000 km that I rode after the bike was usually a daily ride. With the exception of this 1000 km, I have completed a total tour of 2500 km. If we calculate all together, then the total bike I have ridden is over 3500 kilometers.
No one has ridden
Lifan KPT 165cc for so many kilometers as a test ride. The only reason I drove all the way was because of the adventurous bike on top of the addiction to travel. All in all, it was a thrilling experience with the bike. Moreover, Lifan KPT 165cc is suitable for riding in all kinds of environments. So I never thought of any kind of problem. That is not the case with Lifan KPT 165cc FI Dual Channel ABS, not even physically. If I was a little more financially prosperous, I would travel to 64 districts with Lifan KPT 165cc. Because from a very young age my dream is to visit 64 districts of Bangladesh and learn about the culture of different villages. There is a very beautiful saying in Bengali that “it is better to see once than to hear a thousand times”. And really, once you visit Bangladesh, you will never get the experience that you will get a thousand times.
But I believe if I have a bike like Lifan KPT then of course I can travel to Bangladesh very nicely. This does not mean that you cannot travel with other bikes. Of course it goes, but one thing - it should be used wherever it is needed. Just like that, if I want, I can travel with a sports bike and I can travel with a commuter bike. But the fun of Adventure with an Adventure bike is never found with a commuter bike or sports bike. Although I have traveled so many districts with Lifan KPT 165cc in hilly areas, flat areas, even than the taste of the mind is not feeling up.
Some words about Lifan KPT 165cc:
To tell the truth, the people of our country believe in fancy more than necessity. Nowadays people never consider which bike to use for any purpose. Everyone considers which the best to see is. Adventure touring bikes or off roads are the most suitable bikes in the roads and environment of our country. But 90% of the people in our country prefer sports bikes. I've never been to a sports bike, but I prioritize the need. Since I'm a traveler, I think the bike I can ride the most is the best for me. But sadly, as we have already shared, Bangladesh Common Companies have not brought any adventure touring bikes to Bangladesh yet. For this reason, the people of Bangladesh do not know about this bike and there is no demand and are not interested in knowing. So the only adventure within the budget of Bangladesh was
Lifan KPT. At first I had a little idea that a Chinese bike may not give a very good performance but the Lifan KPT has completely disproved my idea and I have got all the features that an adventure bike really needs and needs to get from Lifan KPT 165cc. In a word, I have developed a good relationship with the bike through these long journeys.
I will tell you some good and bad things about the bike. Earlier I said that it is a bike with 165cc FI engine Dual channel ABS. The current price is two 2,75,000/- BDT. After riding
Lifan KPT 165cc FI Dual Channel ABS, I thought I would buy this bike in a day or two, if I had money, I would really buy it.
From my experience on long journeys, the good side of Lifan KPT 165:
There are many things to say about the good side of Lifan KPT 165cc. Because Lifan KPT is an adventure touring bike, and since there is no other bike to compete in Bangladesh with Lifan KPT. So the positive aspects of it will come up the most effortlessly, that's normal. The best thing about Lifan KPT is the dual channel ABS, which took the braking to such a high level that it would greatly increase the courage to ride Lifan KPT. We can see the importance of good braking in the case of a bike when we ride on different roads of Bangladesh. In a word, braking this bike was great and ABS has never been a problem. Many have the idea that ABS does not do a very good job of breaking down. In fact, it is not like that. After a long journey with Lifan KPT, I got it clearly. However, I rode Lifan KPT 165cc continuously for a few hours but I never had back pain. Didn't bother for a minute. Which is common on commuter bikes. Due to the liquid cooling, the bike has never lost engine power on long journeys. The bike weighs a lot at 153kg, but due to FI technology, I got good mileage on the bike where it came at 40 km per liter.
Some bad aspects:
The comparable rear suspension needed to be a little softer. The suspension seemed a little hard to me. The
Lifan KPT 165cc bike is a little heavier, not much movement without starting the engine. The Pillion seat of the bike is not a very comfortable one.
These are all from my long-distance experience with Lifan KPT 165cc Dual Channel ABS and some of my good and bad experiences with the bike. I shared my personal opinion with you. If I buy the bike in the future, I will have the opportunity to share many more reviews with you.
Thanks to all for spending your time on my review.
