Mahindra Centuro user review by Rasel

First let me introduce myself, I am MD.Rasel Ali and I am a business person. The name of my motorcycle which I use for my personal purpose is Mahindra 125. I bought this bike for my personal use and also for doing some business works as well. I was outside of Bangladesh for ten years. After I came back in my own country I realize that I need a motorcycle for my daily movements. I discussed this matter with my younger brother because he is a mechanic and go to the Thaherpur Bazar placed at Puthia Rajshahi. He knows far better than me about almost every bike. After that we visited the Real Motors showroom placed there. After visiting that place I choose Mahindra 125cc. within reasonable price, fantastic design and great mileage pleased us both. So I made my mind and decided to have this bike. So after having this bike I went back home. While purchasing this bike the showroom attendance made us pleased with their cordiality and respect. I was literally thundered! However ten months have passed and I am using this motorcycle with satisfaction, meter is showing 4800 kilometers within this time. Today I am very happy for getting a chance from team motorcycle valley to share my own words about my motorcycle. Hope you guys will stay together until I am done.

The design of this motorcycle is perfect for me and that is why I just say the design is fantastic. I truly think the body plastics are hard enough to support for long time and the overall build quality is also satisfying indeed. This bikes design will match with any age rider. I like the fuel tanker of this bike but the fact is I didn’t know what capacity of fuel is.

After using this bike for ten months till now I haven’t face any kind of big problems with the engine. I have no complaints with it. Engine sound is smooth enough and it offers me great power output. I am getting a great range of mileage as well. All of these make my ride relaxed and enjoyable. When I bought this bike I was informed that this will provide me 60 KM/L mileage and even after ten months I am getting the same mileage. So I think my good mileage expectation is fulfilled and I have no complains.

Overall seat of this bike is wider. Two or three people can easily ride on it. At the beginning the seat was harder to sit on but after few days it is very softer. Now I can ride comfortably seating on it for long duration. At a empty road I tested the top speed and I can accelerate up to 60 KM/H speed. I realize that it will offer me more so I slow down because I generally ride on lesser speed then this. In one day I have traveled for 60 kilometers at a time and no tiredness or comfort problem were seen. During at the night journeys I saw the light of the headlamp is outstanding. Switches placed at the handle bar are good looking and they are very user friendly as well. Without that the battery or the other electrical and in fact the looking glasses of this bike are very supportive indeed.

Seat height of this bike is perfect and for that reason I can easily have full control over the bike by touching the both feet on the ground. Another big reason for my relax ride is the suspensions. They both are very effective and even at the broken roads if I ride alone I don’t have to face that kind of shaking which will bother me. As a 125cc bike the brakes of Mahindra 125 is excellent. Combination of the front disc and rear drum offer great braking and I can control this bike using them any where I want. Tyres are not that much bigger but they are capable to offer good gripping in any conditions, so no skidding problem while braking. Overall I have to say this bike is very pleasurable without a doubt.

Once I have visited the servicing center without any reason, I was roaming around and that is why I just went there. They were well behaved on that day as ell and their environment was excellent. Though I have no problems with my bike but the checked all the parts and make sure everything is okay. I really like the way they do their works and after that day I never visited there so I cannot say what the present conditions is. That place is far from my house and that is also the reason behind not going there. I fix smaller problems from my brother’s service center instead of going there.

I think the price of this bike is ideal according to the features and the overall performance of them. Other branded 125cc bikes hold higher price tag then mine. I personally think because of this reason and good mileage output the demand and sell of this bike is higher than the other 125cc bikes.

Good sides:
- Good design and look
- Low fuel cost
- Excellent engine performance
- Effective brakes and suspensions
- Good tyre grip
- Reasonable price
- Satisfactory servicing center

Bad sides:
Talking about the bad sides I am short of words. Because within these ten months I really didn’t found any bad sides which I can talk about or I will complain. So if I find something in near future then I will let you know.

So finally I would like to say if anyone is looking for a 125cc bike which will offer you good mileage and good performance then Mahindra 125 will not be a bad choice at all. You can have this motorcycle without any doubt.
