My next choice is TVS Apache RTR 160 – Bajaj Pulsar user Sohel

I am MD.Sohel and I am from Natore, currently I am doing business for my living. For fulfilling my daily transportation need and for doing some important works I am using Bajaj Pulsar 150 motorcycle. Two years have already passed with this bike and I must say that this bike is offering me great performance over all. Few bad sides are seen along with the good things as well and that is why I am here to share all those. Thanks motorcycle valley for giving me a chance to say something for the motorcycle users.

At first I want to start with the bad side of my bike which is comfort. It is not that this bike is nor for comfortable riding but it is not also for long time riding. Seating position is good, handle bar is comfortable enough for grabbing but when I use my bike for a long time I feel pain at the wrists and also with my legs. Suspensions are effective but not in all conditions for that reason seating on the bike for long time is difficult in all roads. At the off roads they cannot perform that much good as people says or expect. But the electrical switches of this bike are exceptional because they glow at night and for that reason I feel great comfort using them. Other electrical like the headlamp provides me great power so that I feel relaxed at night journeys. So the comfort is good at this bike but not pleasing. Without that no bad things are seen to my eyes about this bike.

Now talking about the design I think it has charming looks and the color combination is really attractive. Without that whenever I ride with my bike at different roads I think I feel this bike is very durable and strong. For two year I am riding this bike but no lacking at the build quality is seen to me.

On the other hand I saw the engine is very powerful. From this 150cc engine I have got 100 KM/H top speed and lot more space was there for speeding up. On the other hand I am getting good mileage as well; presently I am getting around 45 KM/L mileage. Even I didn’t feel any kind of bad vibration, sound or extra heat during my ride on high speed or low speed.

As a 150cc bike I think the braking is perfect and I can control this bike through braking at any kind of condition and the brakes are very supportive. Tyre size and gripping is also perfect according to the cc and body dimension. I haven’t faced skidding problem often with these tires. So I never lost control yet.

I have visited the servicing center for many times and every time I have got good response from them. No misbehave or never ignoring the problem of my bike was seen from them. So I am pleased with their work ability.

I think based on the recent motorcycle market the price range of this bike is little bit higher because other 150 or 160cc bike are holding lesser price tag comparing the features or the performance. So for the manufacturing company I would like to recommend please reduce the price little bit.

I am preparing myself to buy TVS Apache RTR 160cc and hopefully it will be done soon. Finally I would like to say this bike defiantly a well performing bike, accept few bad signs which are not a big reason to worry this bike is offering me good support till now. So if someone asks for my opinion I will recommend this bike for purchasing, no doubt about that.
