Painful Vibration – TVS Apache RTR 160 user Niaj Uddin

From my childhood I was really attracted to motorcycles, whenever I saw a bike is running at the street I always think of myself one day I have to buy a bike. it has become my dream to have my own bike and learned bike riding. One of my friends teaches me how to ride a bike and that bike which I used for it was Hero Glamour. After I learned bike riding my passion about motorcycle started to increase every single day. Among all one of my favorite and dream motorcycle was TVS Apache RTR 150 and my dream comes true and I bought my dream home. I have traveled a lot with my bike and I am thankful that it is supporting me very well. Though I am riding this bike for only ten days but few experiences I gathered already. I am MD Niaj Uddinand I am student, and today through team motorcycle valley I will share my riding experiences with you all. By thanking them I want to start my story and hope you guy will stick together till the last. If any mistakes are seen I beg of pity.



Engine:
Engine performance is good I think, few days passed I made a journey to Ishwardi and saw the engine is getting heated really early but no bad sound was seen. After stopping I heard a sound but as I know every new bike makes this kind of noise for few days. So I hope this sound will be gone. As a new bike I am happy with the engine performance and hope this will continue.

Design and build quality:
I am totally pleased with the design, especially the black color model catches my eyes and at the first glance I bought that model. Overall outlook of this bike is perfect and the two eyes placed over the headlamp is the most attractive thing to me about this bike. I think the build quality of this bike is also very perfect because this bike has already fallen from my hand and after that happened I though something’s going t o be broke down but luckily or because of the build quality nothing happened. This think is really satisfactory so I like the both the design and build quality of my bike and hope it will remain the same.



Control and comfort:
This bike has good control but one thing I didn’t like about this bike is the vibration of its. Because of really intense vibration I feel really discomfort riding this bike. When I ride my bike at 50 KM/H or something similar kind of speed this bike is really smoother but after I raised the speed the vibration problem get starts. Braking of this bike is excellent because already I have faced few vital situations and on that time it really helped me a lot. I always hit the both brakes to prevent skidding and that is why I get good control as well so in future I will also expect this type of control from my bike. On the other side because of good control I think this bike is also a comfortable bike for riding with pleasure. Over all seat is perfect and especially the riding seat is soft and comfortable to sit on but I think the pillion seat is little bit higher and harder. Very often I get out with my mother on bike and I think she is not comfortable seating there, and that is why it think it is higher. Handle bar of this bike is really heavy that is why after riding for a while I feel pain in my hand. But till now I never felt back pain while my rides but because of the vibration of this bike I feel little bit of shakiness on the whole body. As 160cc bike I think the switches placed at the handle bar are standard nothing special but they are easy to use. No we are on an age to ride at the night time with our bike but whenever I get outside with my bike I have to worry a little bit because the headlamp of my bike cannot provide sufficient light in all conditions. I have to face difficulty to see the far distance things. Suspension of this bike is good enough to offer great comfort at any road condition. Especially the front suspension offers great performance on the bad road conditions.



Mileage and service:
I cannot say the exact mileage of my bike but the showroom owners told me that I will get 60 KM/l mileage at least. So I am hoping for the best and till now I haven’t service anything so I cannot say about their service quality but I can say their behavior is pleasing.

Price and overall:
As I said before my dream bike is TVS Apache RTR but I think as a 160cc bike it has a very low price range. So I am really satisfied with the price of this bike. within very short time we cannot say anything what will be the performance and will it be a long lasting vehicle or not, but I can say that easily it has everything to satisfy a rider. so overall I am pleased with my bike but if the problems like the vibration and others can be solved by the company then the demand of this bike will be raise rapidly.

-Vibration.
-Poor headlamp light.
-Pillion seat is not perfect.
