People who live in a village are always in short of good transportation I think. Especially those peoples who cannot stay at home for a long time, and I am one of those villagers. Because of that reason many years ago I have chosen motorbike as my own transportation for one place to another and I am happy that I made the decision. Though I didn’t have my own bike after I learned motorcycle riding but for the last three years I own a bike and that is named Bajaj Discover 100. No specific reasons were behind to buy this motorbike but I just wanted a fuel efficient and well designed motorcycle. I am not saying that I made a great decision but I must say I am not that much unhappy with it. Few problems are seen alongside the goodness of this bike and over all I have gathered vast knowledge about this 100cc commuter though these three years. Now I am going to share all those with you guys and I am thanking team motorcycle valley for giving me that opportunity to express myself.

Firstly I want to say something about me, I am MD.Rashidul Hasan and I am student. As I said before I live in a village and that is named Nandangachi,Charghat, and it is situated at the Rajshahi district .

Now let us talk about my bike, first things first the design of my bike is charming as 100cc bike, well made design with the color combination makes it attractive among its own segment.

But according to my realization I think the build quality is not strong enough to offer long lasting support for the users. I have driven this bike at rough and smooth both conditions and I personally think there are lots of spaces to improve at the build quality.

Engine performance is not as I thought it would be. This bike belongs to one of the popular motorcycle brand in our country but the engine quality is not worth it. Maybe I am the one who is getting bad performance but it is true that I didn’t like the performance at all. I don’t like the present sound of the engine and the smoothness has already gone away. I can speed up the bike but the problem is I feel lack of power sometime so I left speeding up the bike. I am getting 50 KM/L mileage output but I think it should have been perfect if I get 60 KM/L mileage at least. So overall I am not that much satisfied with the engine performance of this bike but it is standard not so promising.

One of the major things during bike ride is the comfort and I must say I am well to go with this bike, I mean comfort is good. Seating position is perfect for the rider but the handlebar is not perfectly positioned I guess. For that reason sometimes I feel lack of comfort. For night riding this bike is not so perfect at all and it offers less comfort. Though the operating switches for the electrical are good but the headlamp provides poor lighting for a rider, at least for me. Other electrical are also seem like they are not up to the mark, like the battery disturbs me a lot. On the whole I can say this bike goes average at the comfort.

Again I am disappointed with the controlling because this bike vibrates a lot at the top speed and on that time controlling it becomes very difficult for me because the brakes are not that much effective. Not only that’s tyres skids a lot, and the suspensions are also not that much well performing. Over all controlling makes me really disappointed I think.

Many times I have to visit the servicing center and there I felt so good because of their behavior. They don’t have the best setup for servicing or I am not saying that they offer very good servicing but at least they are well behaved.

Finally I would like to say this bike is giving me standard performance. Few things are good and few are worst but I am not disappointed over all. According to the performance and features the price is obviously high and need to be reduced. But if anyone wants to have a bike for city travelling only they can go for it.
