Suzuki Gixxer SF Fi ABS user review by Ashik

Suzuki Gixxer is a very popular name among the young generation. This Gixxer series has caused a great affection among the young generation of Bangladesh. Spectacular design! The engine performance and the naked sports bike have given a different idea to the younger generation.

I also like Gixxer bikes very much because Suzuki has a lot of popularity among reputed Japanese brands. Ever since the Gixxer series came to the market in Bangladesh, I have liked those bike very much. Then, keeping in mind the needs of the customers and the modern features, they brought to the market a new series of Suzuki Gixxer, in which I like the Suzuki Gixxer SF FI ABS the most. I first saw this bike in the Indian market and was waiting for it to come into our country. I bought this bike just a few days after it came to the market in Bangladesh. So far, I have bought the bike and ridden it for a total of 500 kilometers.

I would like to share some of my experiences which I gathered within these 500 kilometers.

- First of all, the looks and design of this bike. I think Suzuki has spent the most time here. Thisbike is very nicely designed and for that it looks beautiful from all sides. Everything from the front headlamp to the rear tail lamp is perfectly designed.
- The engine seems a little refined to me. Performance of the engine is also very good and with this engine comes FI technology, which can provide the performance and along with the mileage.
- Great combination of seating position and handlebars. The seating position gives a racing feel, because of the three part handlebar and feels like a premium bike. It seems to me that riding a bike with this seating position will not cause any back pain or any other problem.
- The meter console and other electrical items are very well arranged that makes it very pleasing to see and ride.
- I am getting better mileage as it is a FI engine. Since, I only ridden 500 km, the mileage has not been tested that much carefully. However, I guess the mileage is going much better. I think the mileage for FI engines is always good.
- It would be great if the price was little bit lower. However, the price that has been set now is not bad, but I will feel bad if the price reduce so early.


I would like to suggest the company that pleas make sure the service center gets upgraded as well, like the Fi engine and new features. I think now the Suzuki service centers required experienced technicians and good working environment for latest technology.
