Suzuki Gixxer SF Fi ABS User Review by Sany Rahman

Suzuki is a very popular motorcycle brand in Bangladesh and their Gixxer series has created a huge stir in the Bangladeshi market which has resulted in a special demand for the Gixxer series in the market. Keeping pace with the times and keeping in mind the needs of the customers, various motorcycle brands have brought new designs and features rich bikes in the market. Suzuki is an exception in that respect. Suzuki is constantly responding by bringing new bikes to the Bangladesh market. With the introduction of new series of bikes, the attraction towards the brand is increasing. In the motorcycle market of Bangladesh, Suzuki brings some of their new model bikes whose design and features are just dazzling.

I am Sunny Rahman I am currently using Suzuki's new design and feature rich bike Suzuki Gixxer SF FI ABS. The main reason for buying this bike is the looks of the bike. I like the design of this bike very much as well as the features that are in this bike are also very modern. So after thinking about everything I decided to buy this bike. After buying this bike, I did not ride much because I had just bought the opportunity to ride about 250 km. I will share with you the fast impression of how I like this bike.

Design

I must have to mention the design, all the friends who have seen this bike have liked it a lot because the design of this bike is very premium and it looks close to all the premium bikes in our country. On the other hand, the body kits of the bikes seem to me to be strong and durable enough. I didn't like the looking glass of this bike because its view doesn't give me good support. The front headlamp, rear tail lamp, meter console all combine to make this bike a new experience.

Engine

The engine seemed very smooth and refined to me after a short ride and the acceleration also looks much smoother than the previous Gixxer. Now, the more I ride this engine, the more it looks like the original form, but as far as I have ridden, the engine has seemed good to me so far.

Seating position and Handlebar

The seating position fascinated me because the seating position of this bike is much better and much more comfortable. Being in a split seating position makes you feel very comfortable sitting in the seating position and the problem that the previous Jixar had with the seating position has been removed here. Rider and Pillion can sit very comfortably in the seating position of this bike. On the other hand, the handlebars of the bike are also very strong and I like the handlebars of this bike like a premium bike because its three part handlebars give a lot of premium feel.

Suspension

I am getting good performance from the front and rear suspension of the bike and hopefully in the future too. The rear suspension I think will be softer and will have to ride more to make it softer.

Breaking Controlling

I am satisfied with the braking and controlling. I got very good feedback from the single channel ABS of this bike and this ABS works just in time. I haven't received any false feedback from ABS yet and hopefully I won't, because Suzuki maintains their bike quality. Meanwhile, I am satisfied with the controlling aspect. I was able to ride 250 km and guess that the control of the bike is very good and hopefully I will get better control feedback from this bike.

Mileage and Acceleration

In the city I get an estimated mileage of 35 to 40 km and on the highway I get an estimated mileage of 40 to 42 km per liter. Although the mileage of the bike cannot be determined in such a short ride, I understand that the mileage of the bike will be like this.

Acceleration I got a lot smoother. I find the acceleration of this Gixxer much smoother than the previous Gixxer and the speed of the bike goes up very smoothly when I lift it at higher speeds which I like. My bike is in break-in period now so I couldn't pick up high speed acceleration by riding at high speed but for FI there must be smooth acceleration and more at high speed.
All in all, I really like this bike. If the price could be reduced a little more, the demand would increase further. Moreover all other things seemed right.
