Suzuki Gixxer SF MotoGP User Review by Saiful Islam

I am a service holder and for my regular travelling a need a bike. I was thinking to have a regular commuter model, but my son wanted me to have a sporty type motorcycle. I gave priority to his decision and decided to have a sports bike. According to my budget I started searching and found Gixxer SF. Suzuki was always trusted brand and I never have any doubt about their quality. My son asked me to have the Moto GP edition and I bought this model two months back. I am at 2500 kilometers with my bike and the break-in period is just over. So, I think I am ready to share some of my experiences that I gathered within these 2500 kilometers of riding.

Overall I have no complaints about this bike, except the pillion seat. I saw the new Gixxer series has spilt seating position and it was required for my model as well. Because, whenever I start riding with my wife or any other pillion I never feel comfortable anymore, neither the pillion. Without this thing I didn’t have any other things to complain about.

Most of the time I have to ride for my regular need and I think this bike has better controlling, though it is a larger bike in size. Cornering, overall controlling and all other aspects are perfect, according to me. I am getting better mileage from my bike and I am satisfied. It is offering me 40+ mileage. I never tested the speed, but it has fast acceleration that I can say. I would like to say about the engine sound, it is really very smooth, similar like the performance. When I ride at night powerful electrical support and specially the headlamp ease my way of riding. I like the meter panel, especially because of the color and gear indicator.
