Suzuki Hayate Special Edition 8000km riding experiences by Ashraful Aalm

For my job purpose and regular travelling I wanted to buy a motorcycle that will give me overall fantastic performance. My budget was not too big, so I was thinking to have a commuter bike in low price and segment. I started searching I bought Suzuki Hayate special edition. I really like the color combination and overall graphics of this bike. 5 months have been passed with my bike and the meter count is at 8000 kilometers. I have gathered some good and bitter experiences with my bike and I would like to express them in front of you all.

Good sides:

-Perfect color combination and graphics.

-Excellent mileage

-Very comfortable for both city and long journeys.

-Brakes are effective and suspensions works well

-Night journeys are suitable, because of the electrical support

Bad sides:

-Both suspensions works good combined, but rear one is not up to the mark.

-Bad quality chain set, already changed twice

-Light weight and large in size.

-Because of light weight this bike vibrates on good speed.

I made a journey of 300 kilometers in one day with my bike, on that day I felt a few problems. No issues with the comfort and control, but when I was at high speed bad vibration was felt. Because of the light weight this may happed and my bike was like floating on the air. Without that I am pleased with the speed, which I am getting near around 80-90 KM/H, and the mileage is just awesome. My bike gives me 65+ mileage at the city and 68+ at the highways.

Overall I am pleased with my bike, except a few issues I have no complaint. This bike is giving me good mileage and comfortable ride that is all I wanted.
