I am Abdur Rahman a electrician by profession. I feel the need for bikes for my daily commute and other work and from that need the interest in buying bikes becomes more and more aroused. When it comes to buying bikes, I actually have bikes of different brands in front of me and I check all the bikes according to my convenience and budget. After checking everything, I decided to buy TVS Apache RTR 4V SmartXconnect because it fits my budget and my needs. Meanwhile, I heard that the engine power and acceleration of TVS's 4V bike is much more than what I need. So all in all, I bought the bike on January 2, 2020 and after buying it, I have ridden 1500 km so far. Break-in period I am observing properly. Today I will share with you some good and bad things about this bike.
The happy sides of my motorcycle:
-Mileage is what I like best because this bike has a 4 valve engine which is on a premium bike and as a result of these 4 valves the mileage is less than 2 valve engine but I get mileage of 40 km per liter in city and 45 km per liter on highway which is just excellent enough for me. I am very satisfied with the mileage of this bike.
-Then the design of this bike caught my eye. LED lamps have been added to the new 4V from the previous 4V which is very nice to see at night.
-Lots of comfortable and smooth feeling to continue. I did not notice any vibration on this bike even though I was riding at high speed.
-SmartXconnect allows me to better understand the condition of my bike.
Unhappy sides of my motorcycle:
-The turning radius of the bike's handlebars is much higher so that you have to get a little speed when riding on city streets. It is especially difficult to ride in alleys and even in traffic jams.
It is normal to have a good side as well as a bad side of a bike and if you ride the bike with that bad side in your own way, you can hope that there will be no more problems. I am also getting used to this bike day by day and hopefully the problem of this turning radius will not seem to be a problem for me in the near future. Thanks everyone for taking the time to read my review.
