TVS Apache RTR 160 SD User Review 15000km by Motiur Sarkar

Living far away from the city, my family and I have a lot of trouble in transporting anything without a motorcycle. This is one of the reasons why motorcycles are seen in almost every house in our area. Although most of the homes use commuter segment motorcycles and the commuter segment was good according to my own needs but once the member of a family like ours buy a motorcycle it will not change easily. So I thought in advance that if I take a motorcycle, whatever I need, I will buy a motorcycle according to my choice.
With this thought in mind, about 4 years ago today, I purchased the well-known brand TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc model from the showroom next to our business. It is good to say that even though the configuration of my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc is very good, I rarely use my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc due to which, even after my bike is 4 years old, I have driven only 15000 kms.

When I bought the RTR 160 single disc from TVS, this bike had a lot of notoriety which is still but the model has now been updated, I know that the single disc version is not available now.

As much as I was attracted to the TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc bike after hearing fame, I found all of them on the TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc model, but the ones that I found negative were very annoying to me. The reason I find it very annoying is that I don't use my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc bike too much and never use it in rough way, so I never expect such a problem.

One of the problems I found in my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disk model was:

The headlights are very low which makes me dizzy at night riding. If a big vehicle comes from the front of my headlight, it is less like that. After it leaves, I feel like it is completely dark in my eyes for a while.I'm also a little worried about the chain problem because whenever I ride my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc bike a little too fast, I realize that the chain is loose and there is a noise coming from inside the chain set / cover.

Engine performance is quite good. As a well-known brand, I like the performance of the engine a lot, but I know why the engine seems to be overheating. It's been 4 years since I am using the RTR 160 single disc bike After all this time, if the engine is hot like a new bike, not only me but everyone should be upset.Speaking of the good side, first of all I want to say about the mileage of my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc. I am currently getting an average mileage of 42-45 km per liter. Honestly, the same age and some bikes in the same segment are not even getting 40 km per liter mileage which I have seen for myself.

The pick-up and speed of my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc is amazing. I have seen very few bikes on the road that have overtaken my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc. Even after advancing, he could not stay in front for long.Many people put TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc’s tire’s gripping in questions, but I never thought the tire’s gripping is weak when I ride. Maybe I never rode the bike in the way which I need to understand the gripping ability of the tires.

So far I have ridden the bike continuously for about 100 km in one day and reached a maximum speed of 95 kmph where I mentioned the problem of engine overheating and I also felt the vibration but it is not serious.

All in all, I am satisfied with the overall performance of my TVS Apache RTR 160 single disc because everything will not be 100% right on a motorcycle. Some errors can be found and it is positive to be found.
