TVS Apache RTR 160 user review by Anik

I am MD.Anik and by the occupation I am a service holder. My present address is Joyrampur, puthia Rajshahi. Unfortunately this is my first motorcycle and before that I haven’t used any other bike. My bike is known TVS Apache RTR 160. I bought this bike to make my traveling and communication better and faster, as my office is placed far from my house I was in need of a good transport and I am using one. After using a bike I think of myself why I didn’t used a bike never before. Now I am using one of the most popular and first 160cc bike of Bangladesh what a twist of fate. For the last three months I am using this bike and able gather few bad and good sides of this bike. Today I am going to share all those with you guys because of team motorcycle valleys request. Before I get started I want to thank them or creating this opportunity to be connected with you all.

Design and build quality
I think the design is muscular enough and I can feel it after I hop up on it. on the other hand he body kits which makes this bike muscular are also very strong and didn’t broke down that easily after hitting on to something. So I hopping that the build structure of this bike will be long lasting and till now I have no complaints with them.

Seating position and handlebar
Seating position of this bike is soft enough for seating and ride with comfort. Without that the seat height is also perfect. I have made many long journeys with my bike and I faced few problems like, uneasiness in the hand, back pain, wrist pain etc. but the handle bar and rising seat is well combined and offers good comfort at the city journeys and long journeys both.

Electrical
Overall the electrical side of this bike is pleasant. Headlamp produces great power for me at the night time so that I can have a relaxed ride, not only the headlamp other electrical and their operation switches are also good in quality.

Engine
Now let’s come to the engine side of this bike. Engine is really powerful and that is why the acceleration is more than perfect. I have personally speed up 85 KM/H speed within no time and I never tried to raise it more because I don’t like to ride at good speed. No bad noise is produce from it and also no extra heating.

Tire, braking and suspension
Talking about the tire I am getting good performance and gripping from the tubeless tires. They don’t skid very often which I really like. On the other hand I think the braking and the suspensions should be more effective. At the rough road condition I feel bad shaking which I never expected. And at the necessary situations brakes need to be more effective I think.

Mileage
At this side I am little bit disappointed because I am not getting the same mileage as I was told while buying this bike. They claimed at least 40-45 KM/L mileage which I am not getting at this moment. If the mileage gets higher than I can move more freely and ride with more pleasure.

Service center
I always do my bikes servicing at the authorized service center of TVS. I like the way the treat with customers and their service quality is also up to the mark. They clear all the problems of their customers and for doing that they have all the belonging needed. So I am satisfied with their service as a customer.

Price
I think I am pleased with the price and this is also the best price of such kind of bike, because I am getting satisfactory performance from it and the price range is good. All the features and price both have a good contrast for the buyers. On the whole this bike has one bad thing and that is the mileage, suspension or the brakes will do but the mileage needs to e more. All the other features and their performance are well to go with.

Finally I will like to advise the company to increase the mileage, and I will recommend this bike for those who want to have a well featured, stylish bike in reasonable price.
