TVS Apache RTR 160cc 5000km riding experiences by Ebnul Kayis

Hello readers! I am Ebnul Kayis, today I am here to share some of my experiences with you guys about my Apache RTR 160cc motorcycle. First of all I want to thank Motorcycle Valley because they have created a field for Bangladeshi riders to express their feelings about their bikes. From a young age I have been very interested in motorcycles. I never have hidden my feelings about a motorcycle. While sitting in someone else's bike I always thought when I could buy a bike myself. Earlier, I learned to ride a bike with my father's Honda CD-80. Currently I am a businessman by profession. That is why buying a bike became very urgent for me. So the bike I bought 10 months ago is TVS Apache RTR 160cc. Although it looks like Apache RTR 150cc, but my Apache 160cc bike has some new features added. I was in need of this bike for my office going purpose and to roam inside my city. I have used this bike for about 5000 km within 10 months. The bike looks like a monster, but its fuel cost is fairly low. The blue color of the bike was already my favorite. A few things happened like, the meter cable was cut off on my bike with in a very short time. Besides, when I accelerated more than 90 speed, its head vibrates. However, my bike is quite interesting to look at.

Good sides of my bike:
- This bike has interesting design.
- Mileage is better.
- This is a comfortable vehicle.
- The engine is very powerful and it sound is very smooth.
- Braking system is very good.
- Build quality is pretty strong.
- The price is within reach.

The bad sides of my bike:
- Vibrates at good speed.
- Within 2/3 months the meter cable was cut off.

Why this bike is favorite?
The main reason this bike was preferred is its graphics design, which is very nice and attractive. Its blue color is my favorite. Besides, the bike suits with my body personality. So I bought the Apache RTR 160.
Highway mileage- 50 KM/L
City mileage- 40 KM/L
After using the bike for 10 months I realized that its engine is very powerful and performance is excellent. The sound of its engine is very smooth and I to hear. In terms of control, this bike gives me great support. It has disc brake on the front wheel and drum brake on the rear wheel. In combination with both of these brakes, I can control well under any circumstances. On one occasion, I traveled around 100km in one day with my bike and got a good feeling and performance both. I think this bike will give me a lot of support if it is properly maintain. Besides, the bike has to be serviced regularly, only then it can run smoothly for long time. This was a brief experience with my Apache RTR 160, hope it will help you to know about this bike better.
