TVS Apache RTR 4v 1200km riding experience review by Sezan Rupom

All of us who likes bike or loves bike are familiar to a name and that is Apache. For me bike is the symbol of freedom and for that I prefer riding freely with bike. Whenever I heard 4V is coming I started waiting for the day when I will ride it. Eventually I am the first customer of RTR 4V in my city Rajshahi. TVS dealer in my city is Shakura Enterprise and I booked mine regarding them. When the first lot of Apache RTR 4V arrived I bought it for myself. Though there are many other bikes in the local market but I preferred Apache RTR 4V. Reason behind that were the different outlook and the craze which was seen in India. Starting from the design the engine performance, braking controlling all is perfect. I have already given my opinion to motorcycle valley at the very beginning of my riding journey with 4V. Till now I have completed 1200 kilometer ride and now I want to compare the past and present experience. In one word if I describe the performance is almost the same. Few things are also here which I didn’t like about this bike and the best one is the handle bar rotation is not that much comfortable, because I cannot move that in short radius. Overall I think this bike comes this bike is ideal according to the prize.

Good sides:
- It is very comfortable for long journeys
- Perfect cornering
- Smooth engine performance and bolder sound
- High class braking

Bad sides:
- Little bit lower mileage
- It needs bigger turning radius and for that I face problems sometimes



Reasons for choosing this bike:
Mainly I choose this bike for the suggestions of my friends and the popularity inside India. On the other hand this bike has all the modern requirements so based on everything I just chose this bike for myself.

At present I am having 35-37 KM/L mileage at the city roads and 40-43 KM/L mileage at the highways.
The design of this bike is the most attractive thing for me. As I said before the engine has a smoother performance and sound which also satisfied me a lot. Because it has double disc braking so I can easily control this bike and the braking experience becomes pleasing. I never feel tired while riding this bike for a long duration. Based on overall performance and the build quality is think inside this segment Apache RTR 4V has durable build structure, I mean body parts.
