TVS Apache RTR user review by Salauddin Umayer

Based on Bangladeshi perception I think Apache RTR 150 is one of the finest and well featured motorcycles at the 150cc segment. Current pickup, stylish design, muscular look and the touch of youth attracted me a lot to have this bike. My name is MD Salauddin Umayer and I am a business person. I live in Katakhali,Rajshahi. At present I am using TVS Apache RTR 150. Reason behind purchasing this bike was my easy roaming. I used to ride Dayang 100 before this motorcycle. Currently I am using Apache and it is now two years old. I want share my two years riding experiences with you guys and also some good and bad sides.

As I mentioned earlier, Apache RTR is one of the well designed 150cc motorcycle in our local market. I think along with the design it has better built quality as well. Muscular fuel tanker, stylish body kits and all the other things about the design I just loved. And I think the build quality is also very satisfactory of this bike. So overall I am satisfied because this bike has high class design and build-quality.

On the other side if I talk about the comfort I am having superior comfort at bike. Seating position is very comfortable and the handlebar is also placed perfectly according to the seating position. Switches which are placed at the handlebar will also a reason of comfortable riding even at nights you will be comfortable because of the headlamp. No lacking at the electrical. According to me I have got better comfort which may vary with the opinion of different users.

This bike also offers great controlling I guess because I traveled at different kind of roads but no lack of the controlling was felt to me. Even I have got better control at the high speed. Along with the speed braking is also very pleasant and effective. But the rear tire creates problem because it skids during hard braking and I think it better be solved. Suspensions are also very effective and perform well. All these things make the control better of this bike but there are few spaces which can be improved at the controlling side.

We all know that this bike has no complains with speed and even I don’t have any. Alongside the speed it also provides better mileage. I am getting 40 KM/L mileage and I am satisfied. Along with the mileage I liked the acceleration of this bike which is excellent. Without the chain set I haven’t found any problems with my bike till now.

Quality of the TVS servicing center is not that much pleasant at all. I think their behavior and service quality is average and need to be improved.

Finally I would like to say according to the features and their performance of this bike I think the price is perfect. So those who want to have this motorcycle can have this without any hesitation.
