TVS Metro 100 Vs Bajaj Discover 100

There are many motorcycle manufacturing company who represent different quality motorcycles to different countries including Bangladesh. In our country Bajaj and TVS are both very popular Motorcycle manufacturing Company. They exports excellent quality motorbikes to our local market for our country people and for the motorcycle lovers. Among their products Bajaj Discover 100 and TVS Metro 100 are at top of the list in commuter category motorcycles. These two motorcycles of Bajaj and TVS Company are very stylish and attractive motorcycles as commuter motorcycles. Performance and features of these two motorbikes are very well. But there are few configurations and specialty which makes the difference between these two motorcycles. Now from bellow the lines we will compare the features of both these motorcycles which will help the riders to decide which one is well to purchase.
Dimensions: At this side both these commuter motorcycles are made up with excellence. At Dimension TVS metro has 2002 mm length, 750 mm width, and 1095 mm height. Wheelbase and ground clearance of this motorcycle are 1250mm and 165 mm. kerb weight of TVS Metro is 108 KG and it has a fuel tanker of 14 liter. On the other side if we talk about the dimension of Discover 100 we can see it has 2040 mm length, 760 mm width, and 1087 mm Height. Wheelbase and ground clearance are 1305 mm and 162 mm. It has fuel capacity of 10.3 liters and the Kerb weight is 115 KG.
Engine: At the engine sideboth motorcycles are very carefully made and their performance is also very well. If we talk about TVS Metro it has a displacement cc of 99.7, 5.50 KW @ 7500 rpm max power, 7.5 Nm @ 5000 rpm max torque and Compression Ratio of 9.15: 1. It has both self and kick start method and 4 Speed constant mesh Gear box. At the other side Discover 100 has displacement cc of 94.38, 7.7 Nm@ 7500 rpm max power, 7.85 Nm @ 5000 rpm max torque and Compression Ratio of 9.8 : 01. This bike also has both electric and kick start method.
Brakes and suspensions: Both these motorcycles contain good braking system as a commuter bike. TVS metro has got 110 mm Drum brakes at the both side of this bike. At the suspensions it has Telescopic hydraulic fork at the front and 5 way adjustable Hydraulic suspension at the rear side. On the other side Discover 100 has 130 mm Drum brake at the front and 110 mm Drum brakes at the rear side. Suspension side it has Telescopic, wheel travel 130 mm at the front and Nitrox, wheel travel 110 mm suspension at the rear side.
These are the important features which made the difference between these two motorcycles .overall we can say both this motorcycles contains almost same features but their outlooks are not the same. There are some good sides of TVS Metro which Discover 100 does not have. On the other hand discover contains some good features which are better than TVS Metro.
