TVS XL100 5000km riding experiences by Farhana Akhter

I am Farhana Akter and I am a service holder. For my official purpose I badly feel the necessity of a bike. Not only that, I like to visit here and there and for this reason I think my TVS XL 100cc is very helpful for me. It is the first bike of my life. There was paddle system in this kind of bike long ago but in this bike it is absent so that we can call it a complete bike and I like it very much. I’m using this bike for one year and till now I have ride almost 5000km. Every bike has some good and bad side and it also have some good side as well as some bad side. Today I am going to share my 1 year experience about this bike. I hope it will become helpful for you. I like the design of this bike. But I think the build quality of this bike is not that much strong because only after one year at seems very old. The graphical design of this bike seems good. I’m satisfied with the design of this bike but not with the build quality of this bike. Though I don’t ride bike on high speed but I think I can control this bike easily at any speed and the tyres also don’t skid. I have noticed that it vibrates on high speed. The suspensions of this bike work smoothly that’s why I don’t feel that much jerk on rough roads. It doesn’t has self-start. I’m getting good engine performance from this bike. From the beginning I’m getting good performance from this bike but the price of the parts of this bike are not reasonable. That’s why I don’t feel comfortable using this bike. The sitting position and everything of this bike is very comfortable and there is no extra pain to shift gear.

Good sides:
-Easy to ride.
-Attractive graphic design.
-Fuel efficient.
-Powerful engine and great performance.
-Easy and effective braking system.
-Wide sitting position.
-Reasonable price.

Bad sides:
-Vibrates on high speed.
-Build quality is not that much strong.
-There is no self-start system.
-Price of the parts are not reasonable.
-Quality of the service center is not that much good.
-I face problem to start this bike.

I am getting 45kmpl in the city and 55kmpl on the highway.
I’m very much satisfied with the price of this bike because compare to other 100cc bike the price of this bike is reasonable. On the other hand it is a perfect bike for aged and women. The design of this bike is very good and decent. So, if you want to purchase this bike then you can purchase it because according to its price and performance it is a very good bike. Thank you.
