UM Runner Renegade Sport Feature Review

“UM Runner Renegade Sport” this bike has produced jointly by the domestic brand Runner and American company UM. At least in Bangladesh, there is nothing new to say on the matter of Runner. On the other hand, UM is world widely known brand and Motorcycle company. These two companies jointly made a bike for the bike lovers of Bangladesh which is replete with ultra modern features and quality stylish look. According to the bikers demand of Bangladesh they took almost all the category of bikes in the local market of Bangladesh. One of those bikes is Cruiser that means you will notice Cruiser look on Renegade Sport. If you notice to it closely then you will see the characteristics of sport cruiser and this is why its names as UM Runner Renegade Sport. Today we are going to uphold some features of this UM Runner Renegade.




Design
When you look at the graphical design then you can notice the perfectiveness. Specially the color Orange and Black you can easily notice. Beside these Orange windshield, wide tyres, exciting seating position are very much amazing from all the angle you look. As because this one is cruiser category bike that is why, you never should expect anything more then the current design otherwise, it will loose its natural look.

Dimension
One of the most important part of a motorcycle is, its dimension or size. This dimension will indicate your bikes balance and which type of road is perfect to run it. The bike we are talking about right now, its dimension is 2220mm long, 820mm wide and its height is 1350mm. At the same time, it has the ground clearance of 160mm, wheel base is 1550mm and most amazing part of this motorcycle is, this one has the fuel tank which can hold 18 liters of fuel at a time. This motorcycle has Diamond body frame and having all these, its weight is 159kg. It looks like perfect from the matter of dimension but it needs a strong support of powerful engine, breaking, suspension and tyres. So lets see all these from the below of our discussion.




Engine
UM Runner Renegade Sport motorcycle has 149cc single cylinder, 4 stroke engine which can produce the max power of 14.5 BHP 9500 RPM and max torque 12 NM 8000 RPM. They set down a special feature in the engine that is it Liquid cooled. Because of this liquid cooling system, Engine will support excellently but according to the body structure and weight, Engine is not powerful enough used in this motorcycle. Why because, its weight is heavier than the common bikes of 150cc segment and it would have far better if this one has powerful engine from the current one. Same time, to start the engine this motorcycle has electric and kick start option along with 5 speed manual transmission gear box.

Tyres
From this point of view, this bike is good one as because both part of it has the same size wide tyres by which one will have the excellent stability while on the road. Front part has the tyre of 110/80-17 and rear part has the tyre of 140/80-17. according to the size of this motorcycle, this ones tyres size is fine enough.

Suspensions
UM Runner has telescopic suspension in the front part and double dumper in the rear part.

Breaking
To have expected performance and to have exact control over the speed, there is no alternative of perfect breaking system. When you are looking at a bike of heavy weight then you must have upgrade breaking system. UM Runner settle down disc break in the front wheel and drum break in the rear side but it is good to mention that to stop this type of giant, drum break in the rear wheel is not enough and from this point of view, this motorcycle need disc break in the both wheels to gain the exact and expected control.




Electrical and Meter console
As a bike should have the features on electrical parts, this bike has all those. This motorcycle has 12 volts battery and 55/55 halogen headlamp. Meter panel has all those that should a bike has to help biker in a perfect way. So this bike is tip top on this part.

So by considering all the parts and features of this motorcycle, this will gain the hearts of the bikers of Bangladesh quite easily. This will serve the exact comfort of a cruiser bike as because this one mainly design as a cruiser. But I can't mention the Engine as a perfect one according to the size and weight of this motorcycle.
