Victor-R Classic user review by Imtiaz Ahamed

Hello biker I am Imtiaz Ahmed and today I am here for uphold few important words about Victor R classic motorcycle. You guys can consider those words as my personal experiences though because every single thing that I will say now is my personal experience.

At present days I am using two bikes in a row and they are Yamaha Fazer FI and Victor R classic. I use Fazer mainly for my long rides and for the city commuting I prefer Victor R classic. Reason behind having Victor R was city commuting and easy movement. Sometimes I take this bike with me for long duration but not for long journeys because I have seen that this bike is not perfect for long tours.

For the last three months I am using this motorcycle and within these three months I have ride around 2500 kilometers. Now I want to say something about the engine performance. As a 100cc bike this engine has good power but sometimes I hear bad noise from it. I think this sound is coming from Taped. Whatever I am getting excellent power output and performance from the engine so I must say the company has given good effort to build up the engine.

One thing of a bike always catches the eyes of the customers and that is the design. Inside this Lilliput motorcycle of mine I have found a classy posture and I like this kind of bike very much indeed. I will say this bike is like royal infield for the unfortunates. Nothing to say especially about the design because this bike took place in my heart only for the design, front headlamp is truly classy, seating position is most alike café racer, spoke rim, classical meter panel everything makes this bike classy and for that I liked it. Company has tried their lever best to offer every single classy feature for their users and I think they have done it well.

As I said before I have bought this bike for city riding so I never feel any kind of problems while riding at the city roads but when I made few long rides with this bike I felt tired. The seating position is perfect for one fatty person but when I took a pillion it is very difficult to seat on it comfortably for both the rider and pillion. This bike starts vibrating while riding on high speed because this bike is not for high speed riding. However I have tested the speed and I have found 70-75 KM/H top speed. This bike is really comfortable for city rides so I always try to take this baby for city roaming.

I have found real classy things at the electrical side of this bike such as, Indicator, switches, meter console etc and especially the round shaped headlamp is the most attractive thing. Not only the designs of them are good but also they are well performing as well. I found excellent power from the headlamp and the other electrical so I will say I have no complain about them.

Braking system is not that much effective because it has both side Drum Braking system. From brakes is not that much well performing and I always use the rear brakes for my controlling. I think the company should improve the braking side and place Disc brakes at least at the front side. Front suspension may satisfy you because it is well to go with but the rear one is not. Both the suspensions are harder and for that reason I have to feel the shaking at the broken types of roads which I didn’t like at all.

Tyre grip of this motorcycle is good enough but I am sure that if I hit the brakes hard than the tyres will surely skid like the other bikes. I have seen it sometimes but at the normal situations no problems or complains at all.

I am getting 55 KM/L mileage from this bike though I was told that I will have 70 KM/L mileage from this bike. I am not happy with the mileage and I didn’t found any similarities with the sayings of the showroom owners. This kind of bike should provide at least 60 KM/L mileage at least because it is a 100cc bike.

I have visited the official service center and I didn’t like their service quality at all. I will recommend them to improve their service center quality.

Based on the performance and feature I think the price of this bike is little bit higher. I personally believe that the price should lessen around 5-10 thousand Taka.

There few bad sides which can be improved at my bike:
- Indicator light is placed stiffly and for that one has been broken with a small hit
- Braking need to be improved more
- Rear suspension needs to be improved as well

So this was my story about Victor R classic or I would say my own experiences which I have gathered after three months of riding. If you guys saw any mistakes then I beg of mercy and thanks to all for reading with patience.
