Hello every! Today I get a chance to bring in my story in front of you all through motorcycle valley and for that I am grateful to them. From now on whatever I am going to share is my very own personal story of bike riding which was started on 2005 and still going on. I will not consider this as a review because it is my real life story, bike means me and my self is Abu Sayed Hasan Riyadh. I am a student and along with that I am involved with my father’s business. So enough of talking, let us straightly come to my story.

As I remember it was the month of Ramadan, 2005 my farther taught me bike riding on Bajaj Discover 135. I used to say my father always on bikes and for that from my childhood I had an attraction over this thing. My mother never supported me to learn bike riding but my father told me whenever I will be able to touch my both feet on ground he will show me how to ride. As he promised he does. I used to go for my tuition in every morning and my father used to take me there on that time he showed the way of riding and I started to carry him on my back. After learning bike riding that passion never ended and it becomes more intense. Time flows on and new bikes were getting inside my house and I started to use, among them Discover 135, Yamaha RX, Hero Honda Glamour, Two versions of Apache RTR and Suzuki Gixxer is included. I still ride Suzuki Gixxer 2016 model but I always wanted to have an especial bike for myself and that bike was named Yamaha Fazer. I was thinking to have Yamaha Fazer for myself in the middle 2016 but I came to know that a new version of Fazer is about to come and I waited for that, finally in February 2017 I bought the new version of Yamaha Fazer FI. Almost two years passed 16000 kilometers ride is completed with this bike. So from bellow the lines I want to share my personal experience which I gathered about this bike and few good and bad sides as well.

Main reason why I waited for this bike was the FI technology was newly added to this bikes engine instead of carburetor. So let us start with the engine. Engine offers a smooth sound when you will put the key for ignition I like this very much. I am truly satisfied with eh sound because I never found it to another bikes. Engine performance was good but comparing to the previous model the engine is short of power and for that the acceleration is not that much high, I have personally got the speed of 100 and I couldn’t raise is more. When I bought this bike I was told that this bike will offer 50 KM/L mileage because of the new FI technology but at the very beginning I was getting 35. So over all I was not that much satisfied but the real thing happened few days after. After finishing the break in period the engine becomes smoother and the mileage was lifted to 45 KM/L +. Then I realized the acceleration is enough as well, because this bike is a monster and the tyres are wider so it is giving me great mileage and around 100 KM/H speed so what else I will have. I become satisfied with the engine and start enjoying my rides, because at the high ways this bike really offer 50 KM/L mileage and good acceleration too, but if the speed was more than nothing was there to think about the engine. I personally think the engine performance of Yamaha Fazer and R15 is the best among all.

Not only me but also the other users of Fazer knows that this bike is really a comfortable bike for touring and riding at the city roads. I have both experiences though and both are satisfying. This bike offer excellent comfort at the city roads and I think seating on the back I mean the pillion realizes this thing more than a rider. Know shaking or uncomfortable situation only comfort. Suspension works effectively on both the smooth and broken roads and I never feel any reason to complain about them. In one day I have made almost 150 kilometers long ride with my Fazer and I didn’t I was enjoying g my ride all the time and very relaxed. Not only the comfort but also the controlling makes this bike perfect. Superb brakes are placed n this bike and nothing to say about the ability of tyres, I never faced any skidding problem with them, though the tyre measurements are the same of Gixxer but they do skids. Electrical side offers me good support for having a relaxed ride on the night time. Dual headlamp, powerful pass light, other electrical features and good battery life all makes me comfortable.

Few things I want to say about this bike which you guys can say as the bad sides of this bike are, this bikes body kits are not that much durable I think comparing to the previous mode, I faced chain problem from the very begging and but when I said this problem to the service center they changed the whole chain set and not that problem is solved. I have already said this bike acceleration is lower than the previous model. Without these I didn’t found any bigger problems at this bike. In my personal opinion I didn’t like the rear light design though it may vary with others.

If I have to say the best parts of this bike then I will say the design, because one of my friends who come from USA to visit us for a while also praise about the design and I personally liked it so badly. Without that the engine sound is exceptional which I already mentioned about. And last but not the least braking and control.

I have bought this bike from K.R bike center placed in Rajshahi and they are really well behaved when I was buying this bike and not only that they also behave well when I visit their service center with my bikes problems. They have good environment, capable workers and instruments as well. There is nothing to complain about them.

Finally I will say I am little bit upset because I pay the price little bit higher than now for this bike. When I bought this bike it holds a high price tag then now. Whatever my budget was higher because I was determined to have this bike, so I am not complaining.

So this was the end o my story with my bike, I am truly a bike lover and I love to use new bikes. But according to me this bike is one of the finest and perfect bikes which I used, and if someone is interested then they can surely go for it.
