Yamaha R15 user review by Ashraful Ali

Bay taking the name of almighty I am starting, I am MD.Ashraful Ali and I live in Kafuria village placed at Natore district. First of all I want to thank team motorcycle valley for giving me this opportunity to express few word in front of you all. I am really great full to them for giving me this opportunity. I hope my opinion will help those whom are interested to have a new bike. As I am a business man I have to travel a lot for my business works and for that reason I required a bike for my traveling. So my motorcycle is my partner as well because I prefer motorcycle for my daily communication. Reason behind this priority is my attraction about motorcycle from my childhood.

At present I am using Yamaha R15 150 and for three years this bike is with me. It the fifth bike of mine and I have already completed 50000 kilometers riding with this bike. I like this bike very much because of its look and with it I can move really fast from one place to another. Now I want to begin my story with this bike and I beg of mercy if any mistakes are seen.

Talking about the design of this bike I really love it and it is also one of my favorite. Great color combination and graphics along with the durable body plastic over all design becomes really charming. I really think the body parts are as strong as the engine of this bike.

As I started talking about the engine I have to say the engine performance is really important for a bike because it is one of the major parts of a bike. At this side my bike has powerful engine and offering me excellent performance as well. Both fast and long rides engine doesn’t heat up and that’s why I like it. Overall power, speed and smoothness of the engine is perfect according to me.

The seating position of this bike is not so good at all, at least it is not for two or more peoples, and the seat is made only for the user I think. Seating on it for a long time is painful and riding it for a long time causes back and wrist pain. I feel little bit of vibration from this bike but the brakes are really good so that I can have good control over the bike. I have accelerated this bike up to 100 Km/h speed and ridden 250 Kilometers in one day with my bike. Suspensions are capable to offer smooth riding even at the rough roads and headlamp makes my journey comfortable along with the other electrical at the night time.

I have serviced my bike for many times and every time I visited the servicing center I am disappointed with them. Though they have a large number of equipment but they are not capable for fixing the bike perfectly. But I must say I am pleased with their behavior.

One of the major important things of a bike is the mileage and I am not satisfied with it. While purchasing this bike company claimed I will get at least 40 KM/L mileage but I am getting 25 KM/l. I think it should me more. Based on the performance of this bike I think the price of it is well to go with but if the price becomes lesser and the performance gets higher than the demand of this bike will increase more.

Finally I will say those who are thinking to have this bike can go for it, because I really like this bike though it has some bad sides but it can be ignore by the overall performance.

Pros: Excellent engine performance, great speed, good design, fast acceleration.
Cons: High fuel coast, poor work ability of the service center, chain creates noise.
