Which things must be fixed at motorcycle servicing, what should I tell, to whom will I fixe my bike, which will be better etc questions are very common before we service our motorcycles at the servicing center. Today this article is written to answer all these questions which make the users confused.
A motorcycle user must bear almost 22 things during motorcycle servicing.
It doesn’t matter whether dust is surrounded your whole motorcycle body or not but internal performance must have to be good. That’s why motorbike servicing is important.
Time to time servicing and good take care of your bike will remain an untouched engine of your bike. So whenever you service your bike keep in mind that these 22 works must be done which are given bellow.
First: wash the whole motorcycle properly and dry it with the help of air compressor.
Second: clean the spark plug and its situated place and also make sure plug gap of 0.8-0.9 mm.
Third: make sure the valve position is perfect, if it is not then make it perfect. (Do it with filler machine)
Fourth: set an ideal RMP. Set it from 1200-1500 RMP.
Fifth: check there is any lick age at fuel line or not. Make sure there is none.
Sixth: clean the air filter as suggested.
Seventh: change the engine oil and the oil filter.
Eighth: check both front and rear brakes accurately.
Ninth: make sure the clutch liver is doing well. (Generally 10-15mm)
Tenth: verify the tires, monitor if there is any pin, glass piece or any other sharp things like wire nail harmed the tire and clean it. If the expiry date of the tire is near than replace the tire as soon as possible.
Eleventh: ensure the bearing of both tires are tight and strong.
Twelfth: be sure the handle bar is moving perfectly at both sides, if you feel lose or tight then fix it.
Thirteenth: check the oil and make sure both front suspension and rear suspension is working completely.
Fourteenth: adjust the chain, make sure its not to tight or loose, use suggested lubricants for the chain.
Fifteenth: check all the nut-bolts and if necessary than tune them.
Sixteenth: test out all the electrical.
Seventeenth: check the tire pressure.
Eighteenth: if possible get the measure of carbon dye oxide generated by ideal RMP of a motorcycle (only available at modern servicing center).
Nineteenth: use lubricants to all the moveable spots like stands, side stand, springs etc.
Twentieth: check the both tire brake shoes.
Twenty-first: ensure the clutch cables, throttle cables and brake cables are in good condition.
Twenty-second: after all the things are done take a test drive and polish the whole body of your motorbike.

1. After servicing wash the disc brakes, if there is any oil remaining outside the disc then wash it with detergents or similar things.
2. Ensure the legal papers.
3. Make sure before starting the engine you set back the side stand,
4. During your bike servicing if the mechanic started to do other works then change the servicing center.
